Excellent all round

Excellent all round, ordered 3 of 7 different sized brake hose spring clamps. They arrived within 2 days of ordering and were labelled in their own bags (by size). Very happy, would use again should the requirement arise.

Superb Service From HCL Clamping

I made two purchases, the first was flawless and I received my items quickly. I was extremely happy with the items, the quality was first class. Within days I needed other similar type of items but included an elbow bend. I was in a hurry and ordered the wrong size items. By the time I realized the order had been processed. I got in touch with HCL who immediately cancelled my order and issued a refund, within minutes I had ordered the correct items which again arrived quickly. HCL handled the problem of my making very quickly and ensured I got my order without delay. Superb Service, Thank You.

Thank you for the orders and sorry you are not liking the review requests. We are a small family business, just doing what all online vendors do by asking our customers to share their experience of the service they received when using us.

From checking, you have been sent one google product review request on the 28th of August and you have been sent 2 service review requests today by Trustpilot.

It looks like it sent out two review requests, one for each order as two orders were made on the same day.

I will try and change this so it does not happen again or to anyone else and I can confirm from our end this was not set up to spam or annoy anyone, its a new system and we are getting used to its intricacies.

It would be really appreciated if you can remove this 1 star review, it will only cause us harm and as mentioned there was no intention to spam you, its just the result of the system seeing two orders and then sending a request for both, which we will now try and stop from happening.

Apart from this issue, was everything else okay with your orders and delivery?

EDIT: Hi Charmaine, just checking if you would mind removing or amending the review you left us. We replied to your review initially, did you get a chance to read it? Just to say, it may seem trivial but to a small family business, the bad review could cause us a lot of damage which I am sure you don't really want considering the issue was just technical, based on you making 2 separate orders on the same day which then the Trustpilot system sent out 2 review requests.
