I have to admit that my experience from hd beds was absolutely amazing from start to finish I was kept updated even the delivery driver kept me informed so I knew exactly what time he was coming they even made up my bed and it was done to the highest standard clean and tidy well worthy of a five star WELL DONE GUYS

Excellent quality, communication and customer service!
My recent purchase from HD beds was excellent from start to finish. Communication with them from start to finish was excellent (so rare these days!). Loads of choice from styles to fabrics, to storage etc etc. I was so glad I paid extra for them to assemble the bed because it was bulky and heavy. Absolutely delighted with my choice and I am sure we will order more from them in future.

This has to be the best bed company out there, after being scammed by another company.
I checked the reviews on this company and WOW.
Rash seems to be the guy in charge and he helped me putting up the bed by WhatsApp.
Any problems his response is quick and very thorough

Great Service
My mum was weary about ordering online but after reading the amazing reviews we decided to order. After ordering we decided we wanted to change the headboard slightly and they were very accommodating. We were given 2 delivery dates to choose from and then received a text on the delivery day with the approximate time.
The delivery guys were fantastic and extremely helpful.
The bed looks great and was very easy to put together.

One of the best services I have ever…
One of the best services I have ever had when purchasing. I contacted HD Beds via WhatsApp to ask about information on the bed, I did not expect a reply because it was a Saturday evening, but received a reply within 10 minutes. A big shout out for Rash who noted I had ordered a different colour from the picture I sent and a different base, if it was not for Rash I would have ordered the wrong colour. Thank you for a great bed and a brilliant service.

Amazing service
Where do I Start!
I contacted them on WhatsApp to see if they could send me some colour samples to which they immediately responded and said they would send them in the post. Within 2-3 days they arrived which was great.
I then placed my order to which immediately I had a message to say that it would be delivered the following week and had made a note of the comment I had made on my order. The day before delivery, I received my timeslot for the following day. I asked if I could be contacted 30 mins before delivery to ensure somebody was at home to which they said they would. The day came and 30 minutes before, they rang me to say they were on their way. The bed was delivered in perfect condition and correct.
Absolutely amazing service and have recommended to everybody I speak to and will definitely use again in future.
