Superb service from start to finish- the bed is STUNNING! Delivery was super quick and communication was superb. Compared to another well known company who I had to cancel my purchase due to no show on delivery- HD Beds have outshone by far! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you.

I was hesitant in buying a bed online, it took me 2 months to decide on what company I will choose to buy my bed, I am happy I chose HD Beds. The delivery was quick, and the assembly of the bed was quick. Most important the quality of the bed is ace!! I would definitely recommend.

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!

1) Website was easy to navigate, and we were able to tailor the bed to exactly what we wanted.

2) Customer Service was excellent. Within a couple of hours of ordering we had a message with details of delivery. Given the size of the bed we were advised to check the size of the headboard to make sure it would fit up the stairs....lucky they did as we found that it didn't quite fit our vaulted bedroom....we asked if we could reduce the height by 3 inches and they said yes! Amazing, fits perfectly!

3) Delivery - We ordered the bed on Friday evening, and it arrived on Wednesday, which is amazing considering they had to cut down the headboard and build the thing! The delivery chaps were friendly and brought everything into the hallway for us. The way the beds were packed were absolutely top notch with real attention to detail, from cloth being used to protect all the corners, to little plastic caps on the metal screws.

4) Quality - The bed is absolutely beautiful, and so is the matching ottoman, the material, the finish, absolute 5* luxury!

5) Price - Absolute value for money and much much more.

I brought two tv beds with ottomans they are absolutely Fantastic quality beds & ottomans.the lads who came and fitted the beds for me . Well what can I say about them brilliant from start to finishing. They took their shoes off when they came in the house . Clean up took packaging away with them . They are a family run business. What a credit they all are to their families. Honestly you would be daft to go anywhere else for beds . All the best from M Walters

Ordered a luxury bed from hd beds online 5 days later received the bed what a beautiful solid top quality bed they made it made to measure on request delivery men were excellent bought it in to my living room and before they left they checked all the parts were there before they left which was excellent i highly recommend this company for the excellent 5 star service they gave very happy, thank you

Excellent service from order to delivery

Just want to thank this company from start to finish ordering my tv bed in steel plush.. the lads that came to assemble it was efficient and thorough.. they didn’t leave a mess and they didn’t just “throw” it up and leave.. they made sure I was happy with the placement of it also before they began to assemble it. Will definitely be ordering from these guys again.

Contacted HD Beds on 25/10 after being messed around by another company — we needed a bed with a custom-sized headboard delivered by 31/10. HD Beds responded immediately, sent over pictures and videos of the style we wanted, took our requirements, and confirmed they could meet the deadline.

We received the bed on 30/10, and it’s top quality — exactly what we wanted. There was a small issue with delivery as part of the bed was missed, but the drivers returned the next day to complete assembly. HD Beds were on it straight away once we let them know, especially given our tight timescale.

Highly recommend this company — great quality beds, friendly and responsive service, and genuinely committed to delivering on their promises and an all round great service.

Nice couriers and great job putting the bed together in very little time. Great communication too. Will certainly buy from them again
