It’s exactly as pictured, more options than I even thought of with the lighting (like 100%-10% brightness levels) looks great, loved the attention to detail (like the caps over the screws to give it a more polished look) the shipping was not only fast, but tracking was easy and straightforward. I would definitely come here when looking for more signs in the future.

Sign didn’t work. There is no way to contact the company other than email. They basically responded and asked what the issues were. They ghosted me thereafter and neither responded or tried to make it right.

I ordered a sign and it came out better than I could have imagined! The font and color are beautiful, and I love the remote control and dimmer functionality.
I was a little nervous that it wouldn’t get here in time since I ordered it a little over three weeks before our wedding, but, despite having to be shipped internationally, it arrived fairly fast.
I’m so glad I ordered this for our reception and can’t wait to see how it looks when it’s all set up. I would recommend to everyone!

Buyer beware, when you order and are told that’s the finally price of the sign Do Not rely on anything the sales reps at this company tell you. I asked about other charges as I live in Latin America. I was told specifically if there were other charges to contact the company as they would deal with them as there shouldn’t be any other charges. Now to me “deal with them” means pay them as I was adamant there could be high duties in the import. They said again don’t worry contact us. Again beware, as they’ll say anything to get your order. I have no idea to the quality of the product as it’s still sitting in customs somewhere. Oh also they’ll bait and switch you with their discounts so beware of that too. As they offered me a multi sign discount that was less then their online promo. Comical.
