They were very patient with helping me with my design!

I was nervous to order from a vendor outside the US, and also because this was the cheapest vendor I could find who sells custom neon signs. It arrived faster than I expected. You should note that this is not actually neon. Their Instagram clearly shows how the signs are made. I was happy surprised by the quality. It looks like they do on Instagram. The clear acrylic is nice and the sign is very bright. It looks best from far away. Up close, you can see the small wires are visible and connecting the letters that do not touch. The cord seems to be long enough for hanging it on a wall above an outlet. I ordered a 34” by 17” sign and it was actually 34” by about 15-16”. It might be worth it to go with a more expensive vendor who does real neon, but I am satisfied with my purchase. This is not a luxury sign, but I don’t feel cheated.

Fantastic sign

At first I was hesitant to order as I couldn’t figure out where the signs were made and the prices seemed too good to be true, to be honest. I then ordered via email and we had a quite long exchange about the specific details of my custom order. The replies came always quickly and they even offered a wonderful discount to match my budget. My sign arrived yesterday after only ten days and it‘s beyond perfect! Great craftsmanship and it even came with a German plug. Couldn‘t be more satisfied. I paid with PayPal. I recommend!

Tbh I was very skeptical of ordering from
this sight because I went to tiktok for reviews and there were so many of what seemed like fake pages with the same “hdjsign” username but I took a chance and ordered and I am sooooo happy I did because it came out AMAZING! light are very bright, I got a remote w/ it so I can dim it, adjust the light brightness and turn it on/off and etc. 10000000/10 recommend!

My sign showed up for my daughter's room, and it's amazing! It's exactly what was pictured and the color is perfect. I love that there is 3 stages for the light to make it soft or an intense color. This will make the perfect night light for over her crib. They company is also great to deal with. Very easy to order and they have great communication. Definitely will order again for my closet room.

It came in the mail so fast! And it is so bright. It's so simple to use and we're excited to use it at our wedding.

Love our sign! Customer service was great. Mock-up was great. Actual product came with all parts, stand, adapter, cords and remote. We loved ours so much, we ordered a couple more for our other campuses.
