I love Headbox and specifically the Leadfeed element, I find it a great part of my job pitching to clients through their enquiries. We have had some confirmed events and bookings from people who never would have found us if it were not for Leadfeed! As a new business ourselves, getting the word of mouth out there is something we are constantly working on and Headbox helps with that massively.

Have used it for the company Christmas and summer party regularly since the dreaded-19. Always a great experience and some I like some of the more wacky venues on offer. Last week we had our annual team meeting in a brewery and I can confirm no work was done! Thanks team 👊

I found a meeting space for a workshop I was running through HeadBox. I tried a few similar sites but didn't hear back from any of the venues. I put my requirements into HeadBox and had 5 options to choose from in no time. Once I'd matched the place rang me and everything was booked in that day. Will definitely use it again!

I received a Headbox hamper on behalf of my employer - who paid a fair rate for what was advertised - which was not as advertised at all. Headbox's response included "The website unfortunately had not been republished from the original proposal to include the new negotiations, we apologise if some of the items differ from what you may have expected." The website still advertised the exact same options at the time of their response.

There was no offer to resolve or rectify at all. No acknowledgement of the issues this may cause for individuals and no assurance that it was a one-off.

Colleagues had similar experiences across a variety of different hampers and even hampers of the same type received on the same day had varied quality. Poor quality sold at premium prices.

I had a great experience using headbox business. They allowed me to invite other colleagues to my account so we could get organised with bookings and payments. Definitely we'll be using it from now on!

Really straightforward to book, and the meeting space was perfect!

I have used Headbox on 3 occasions in the past 9 months and would unquestionably use them every time I require assistance on finding a venue in the future.

In fact writing this review has reminded me I need to speak to them regarding another event!

They have a lovely team who are extremely attentive and always do their best to fulfill the brief. In each occasion so far I have been presented with multiple options at various price points that all meet my brief.

If you require a venue, no matter the size or length of booking, I would suggest speaking to Headbox for advice and guidance.

Headbox helped me organize a work night out in October with food and canapes in Chelsea. Everything was fantastic. 5 stars. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

I was fortunate enough to be assigned one of HeadBox's 'concierges', Sadie, who was a font of knowledge - would definitely recommend this element of the service. After an initial call to better understand my requirements and limitations, Sadie set to work curating a truly bespoke experience. Within a couple of days, I received an email with several options – all of which were exciting, within budget and in-keeping with my firm's vision for the evening ahead. We had several thoughtful exchanges with the staff at the venue to discuss menu options and even organized personalized cocktails and a surprise birthday cake. The night itself was great fun, the waiting staff were caring, attentive and reactive to everyone’s desires. Huge success.

Gone are the days of trying to find venue 'events' brochures online. Everything you need is right in front of you. Beautiful images, and easy to use website and a fabulous knowledgeable team who are always on hand to help. I can't recommend them highly enough!
