Headbox is a great tool that solves all the problems of trying to find a fresh new venue when you have budget and location restrictions.

I've used the service to find all sorts of venues, from private dining rooms to larger spaces for drinks receptions and Headbox has always managed to deliver.

The team behind the scenes are really helpful too if you have a specific brief and the rewards received for booking through Headbox are actually something you would want to use!

If you find a venue that's not on Headbox and want to get your rewards, the team will on-board them so you can still book through the platform and get your treats!

I have used Headbox on several occasions and the booking has always gone very smoothly. As well as an easy to use platform, the team at Headbox are a great source of knowledge on the venues they list and can't do enough to assist with finding the perfect space for a meeting or event.

Excellent platform with a great selection of venues. Photography throughout is to an extremely professional standard which shows off the spaces perfectly. The booking system is also extremely simple to use and mostly automated.

As a venue, Headbox does a great job at promoting our space. The team are all very friendly and easy to work with. They work with some great clients as well and any of the guests we have worked with through Headbox have always been awesome guests of the Hoxton. I would recommend other venues to promote their spaces through Headbox.

I have used HeadBox twice to find a venue for a large team away day for work. On both occasions, I have found their website super easy to use and the range of venues in their portfolio great for price, location and type. No matter what kind of space you are looking for, from corporate to creative, cosy to spacious, they have it. The friendly and efficient concierge team are on hand via a little pop up chat box to help out with any queries. They can also take the time of searching off your hands by creating you a bespoke list based on the criteria of what you are looking for.
I'm a big fan of the idea behind the company of making use of under-used spaces in London and have never come across anyone who offers something similar.
I would definitely use Headbox again and would recommend them highly.

The staff at Headbox have been very helpful in assisting me with finding venues for various meetings. As a PA, Headbox has saved me so much time in looking at shortlisted venues all in one place rather than going back and forth through different websites.

As I am a busy PA, HeadBox is a great tool for searching and booking venues. The whole experience is seamless and saves me so much time as everything is all in one place. The filter tool and map allows me to discover new places in areas that I might not be too familiar with.

It offers 100's of venues for all occasions which is handy for me to have especially when I could be booking a private dining room one day and a team building weekend away the next! I would recommend HeadBox to any Personal Assistant.

With it's similar layout to AirBnb, the Headbox website is very easy to navigate as it allows the user to easily search for event spaces based on their individual requirements. The use of a filter is very handy so you only receive results that are suitable for your event, therefore saving a lot of time. It also has a 'chat' function so if you have any issues trying to find something specific, someone is available to assist you. I would highly recommend this platform to PA's, EA's, Event Managers or anyone else who is looking to hire an external meeting room, private party or even a team away day.

From finding a venue to the night of the event, Headbox made the whole process seamless. There were 100's of venues to choose from and the site made it easy to narrow the selection down until we found the perfect space. We were able to add filters based on price and facilities which saved me having to make hours of long phone calls. I was able to arrange viewings with the venue and negotiate pricing as we had some additional requirements. Such an easy process, as well as saving me so much time! I would 100% recommend to all event profs out there!
