Great suede jacket
I was looking everywhere for a suede jacket but they were all so expensive then I saw one advertised on the Headlock website for a quarter of the price. It looked perfect and it arrived within two days of ordering. It was in excellent condition, fits perfectly and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! Unfortunately the courier lost our parcel over Chriatmas. When I contacted Headlock they responded immediately. They chased the lost parcel yet to no avail and were polite , courteous and offered a full refund immediately. Parcels get lost but to have such a positive, pro acti e and immediate response from the company we ordered it from them was great.
