Almost a scam

I placed my order on 1st March. And then there was total silence from Headway-No order status or dispatch details were shared! I tried the customer support email and got an email delivery error. The company has disabled comments on their social media. They didn't respond to DMs on social media. Their helpline was always "busy". I was finally able to get hold of customer support on call on 23rd March where they informed me that my order would be dispatched "in a couple of days". I finally received my order on 1st April. Let that sink in - it took ONE MONTH for my order to be delivered with no communication and no customer support. Headway is just 1 level up from a scam company. I will never order from them again!

Order never delivered !! SCAMMERS

I had a very bad experience with Rabitat.

I placed an order (Order ID: RB250830) on March 15, 2026 for a Hyde Water Bottle and paid ₹1238. It has been several weeks, and the product has still not been delivered. There has been no clear communication or resolution from their customer support.

This shows a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility towards customers. Taking money and not delivering the product on time is unacceptable.

I have now requested a full refund, and if this is not processed immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally through consumer court.

I do not recommend Rabitat to anyone based on my experience.

Why Isn't 0 Stars An Option?

This is by far the worst experience I have had with any online store. I placed a "preorder" for Hyde waterbottle on March 03 and got an order confirmation saying that the order will be dispatched by 10 Mar. 2 weeks later I followed up to see my order status as I hadn't received any communication about it. No reply. I followed up over and over again - on email, contact us form, WhatsApp, Instagram - no reply anywhere. On Mar 24, I got an email asking to review the product when I didn't receive the product at all - and of course, no reply. Finally on March 26th I received the product. If at least the product had been okay, it'd have made the experience a little better. But, no! The water bottle leaks. I tried closing the lid in all different ways - no luck. I am not sure if their goal is to give a poor customer experience. I am so done with them.

Poor quality

The outer paint of the sipper has started to peel off with just 4-5 uses.

Customer service handling the issue is resale not up to the mark.

Total frauds!

Total frauds!
Placed an order for a bottle on 2nd March. To date no update on anything! There is not even a hotline number to call, and the email address bounces back as it does not exist.

Clearly, the company doesn't know its head from its arse!

I ordered 2 products and it took 2…

I ordered 2 products and it took 2 months to arrive after continues follow ups. Upon arrival one of the product was damaged. The pick up for damaged product was made on the next day. This status was updated to the team on the same day, since then there is no conformation of replacement and also no response from the team. Looks like the team has completely ghosted us after the pickup.
