I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order.

When I initially placed the order for the Java cup, I clearly mentioned in the instructions that I needed it to be personalised. However, it was not done. After speaking with your team on 19th January, I agreed to pay an additional amount to have it engraved as per my original instructions. I was charged the extra amount accordingly.

Despite this, I have now received the cup without any engraving.

I’m genuinely confused about where the miscommunication occurred. What’s more concerning is that I haven’t received any proper response despite raising multiple queries.

I have been ordering these cups for my family and friends for quite some time, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service. This is very disappointing.

I would appreciate an urgent callback to resolve this matter at the earliest.

I am still awaiting delivery of my parcel as of 8 February 2026, despite having placed the order on 14 November 2025.

I had raised a grievance earlier ; however, there is no effective mechanism available to track the status of the grievance or its resolution.

In January 2026, I escalated the matter by writing to the Legal Department, highlighting serious lapses in the grievance redressal mechanism and the continued non-fulfilment of my order placed on 14 November 2025. Then i received an email that your order is dispatched.
Despite this, I received an email requesting me to rate the product, even though the product has not yet been delivered.

Very very late delivery of the order. Quality is not that good and response of the customer service is very bad.

Product is good in case they deliver. They decided not to respond with regard to delivery. Havent seen such poor response

The products are good looking but poor quality. Customer care is unprofessional. They claim to have made a refund for a returned product and instead of sharing a proof of transaction, are asking me to share my bank statement to prove I havent received the refund. Interacted over email with this untrained person called Ruchi Misra.

Guys, the I chose to customise the bottles with my name. It's missing. This is highly disappointing.

Love them, quality is top notch. Nice and sturdy.

Finishing is not good, and few scratches on my tumbler

Because of some website glitch, i was shown 3 bottles when I placed the order. But when I received the shipment, it was only 1 bottle! And company refusing return since its 'customized'. Ridiculous!

Late refund faulty product

I ordered 2 mugs on 21st August 2025, they mentioned they would start dispatching on 15th September '25.
Ever since then they started to postpone it mentioning that they have issues with manufacturing facility.
Finally on 22nd October '25, I gave up and cancelled my order and asked for a refund.
They mentioned that the initiated it and I would get it in 5-7 days.

It's 10th November '25 and still it's not refunded to me.

They are part of an extensive scam with the facade of a tumbler company.

Did not expect such product from this brand . Prior payment with 1.5 month delay delivery.plus the product turned to be poor .

You sent me damaged product and wrong color

No refund no product hopeless company. I ordered a bottle from Headway India on 4th September 2025 and paid ₹1044. After waiting for a month, they kept saying there was a manufacturing issue and that the color I ordered would take more time.

Since there was no clear update for a month, I finally cancelled my order on 11th October 2025. But even after repeated follow-ups, the refund has still not been processed. Every time I contact them, I’m told it will be refunded “next week,” but nothing happens. I have suffered this for 2 months now posting this review on 7th Nov.

It’s been very disappointing — no product, no refund, and no proper communication. I hope others read this before ordering.

Good Products. Customisation is what differentiates them from other. Keep coming to this website whenever I have to find a personalised gift for anyone.
