The fact that the item purchased was sent from China for a fraction of the price paid as it still had the sender's receicpt in side package so basically the whole web site is a lie nothing is made by themselves but by others somewhere in China really unhappy

Terrible - do not use this company. Sub standard jewellery and impossible to get a refund - lots of emails backwards and forwards with them just giving me the run around. Lots of fake reviews on here - do not use this company!

Love all the items I've ordered from Healing Rock - two bracelets a necklace and matching earrings. They're well made and look vibrant, gorgeous colours. The gift recipients were very pleased. I kept the opal bracelet and it so pretty. Only problem is the way its tightened - I live on my own. And it's hard to pull the strands shut once wearing the bracelet. Package's took a while to arrive e too.

I purchased 3 bracelets for gifts for my friends. They were so beautiful, I kept them. I'm sure I will buy more. And I got them way sooner than I expexted!!

It was a terrible experience, the earrings were sent to an address that was 5 years old, when I contacted them to get my earrings, you had them, but $15 to forward to me or $15 to cancel my order, I paid $15 for shipping. Earrings are much smaller, has a thick post and in my opinion not stone, it looks like a picture of stone. In the drawer they go, out $44!

The red regalite earrings I ordered were beautiful in photos online, but what I received was not so lovely. Pink shades, not red, and duller all around. They hang awkwardly. Worse, the back of one earring (visible when wearing) is ugly, dirty and rough looking solid brown - literally like the dirt from the floor was compressed and attached to the front somehow. My notes of request for explanation/help/replacement have been ignored. I sent photos. Waste of money. Very bad customer service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Awful experience, absolutely not what you are showing. You blocked my comments on your site and this is false advertisement. What you sent me is a necklace and it does not make the bracelet that you advertise. Explain to me how this works! Really looked beautiful and became such a disappointment! Maybe you should make the bracelet shown and send it to me

My order has been held in NJ since July 18. Three days after I ordered it. I still havent gotten it. Its now August 18. I wont buy from them ever again.
