Slow Customer Service
I'm done. I have tried for over three weeks to get return merchandise instructions and a refund. Your return policy says "Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product hassle-free within 14 days after receiving for any reason." I returned the product and you actually had someone pick it up at the post office on the 12th day. (Yea USPS Tracking!) It took me 22 days to get a merchandise return address from customer service. You got the returned merchandise within the 14 day window. After 3 1/2 weeks, I am still waiting for my refund.

Earthy smell can indeed occur when authentic leather is not in contact with the outdoors for a long period of time. I recommend you to put your bracelet outdoors for a day, that should fix it! 🏕
