PURE-PERFECTION LTD 

Folkestone branch: This use to be my go-to vape shop, but the range of liquids, mods, etc. has severely diminished over the last few months, to the point where there's no point going in there any more. The staff are as friendly as ever and always extremely embarrassed by the lack of stock. It seems they are moving over to custom-made and expensive subohm liquid, rather than the classic range which I loved, as well as subohm mods/tanks, etc. I have found that the custom made liquid causes me to cough and the flavours are not very good. I'm disappointed in the way this shop has gone downhill and I'll be surprised if they keep going if this continues.

Ever since the website has been refreshed, service is appalling.

The PayPal option does not work at all and I need to transfer funds directly via my bank. More often than not, the only person who can validate that the funds are there is "out of the office" and my order is invariably delayed.

At the moment, it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone.

Awful.

Having used pure-perfection since I started vaping earlier this year, these guys have provided exceptional service when I've ordered through them.

Flavours not entirely true to their names. I've smoked better flavours. Bit disappointing.

Picked up 250ml of various flavours before I go away for a few days. Nice and cheap through the ten day sale, but due to a few errors on my end, I expected it to arrive the next day but it didn’t. A few messages back and forth to get hold of Callum and everything was sorted and it was with me the next day.

Campino/Banarama/Glacier Fruits/Caramel Marshmallow – all smell amazing out of the bottle and I can’t wait to get a new coil in my tank and vape away.

Picked up a 15ml of Head Banging Boogie by Charlies Chalk Dust too, and this is the absolute tits.

All round solid customer service and for someone with anxieties via quitting smoking, this speedy contact and resolving of my problems helped massively with waylaying those. Will recommend these guys to everyone locally and further afield.

This is the best thing that can be offered to any vapourer!

I still cant believe i can choose my own flavour, my own pg/vg mix, and my own amount of nicotine and flavour strengths.

I have tried many many e liquids out there, and finally go with pure perfection. The price, The quality & quantity is well worth it.

I am also impressed with how quick the dispatch team got my parcel to my house.

I would highly recommend Jungle Juice & Glacier Fruits to all fruit lovers as these flavour are bursting with fruits with a slight kick of menthol.

Remember to go for low nicotine content to get the most out of flavour.

Fast delivery and quality as usual

Well named! wide selection of juices, flavour, volume and variety in carrier content. Very speedy delivery, with cost same as in store, just a little extra for delivery. Experimenting with flavours at mo' will leave another review after, but so far impressed!

I went to the shop in Broadstairs where I received very friendly service and helpful advice. So I bought one bottle to give it a try. I was so please that I went to the website and ordered 4 bottles of various flavours. These arrived very quickly and are really really good. I have been vaping for 2 years and these liquids are very good in terms of flavours available and the fact that they can be mixed in various proportions. Well done.

The ability to choose from many flavours, PG/VG combinations, flavour strength, nicotine strength, throat hit and up to 250ml topped with superfamily delivery makes this my only shop for e-liquids

since placing my keenly priced order, I was constantly kept up to date with progress.Reasonable P+P charges, quickly despatched .Would defiantly use again.

Their shops are great. Friendly and helpful staff. But my experience with their website was a bad one. It was my first time using it. Due to bad coding I ended up being over charged on delivery costs. They tried to say it was my fault but I work in IT and Ecommerce and know a broken website when I see one. They also send you a welcome discount code for your first order. Which you get when you sign up. But when you are making your first order you are forced to register and then make your order. So you get your first order discount code AFTER you have placed your order. Which is pointless. I did complain about this and the fact I was overcharged, to which they tried to blame me for clicking the wrong delivery option. They were kind enough to refund me my delivery cost and send me another discount code. They also said they would send me a 100ml bottle of a liquid of my choice If I changed my negative review that I left of their Facebook page. But after a week of waiting I have yet to receive it. If you need to contact them then I suggest you do so via their Facebook page because they don't seem to bother replying to emails. From now on I'll just stick to using their shops and not bother with their website.

Ordered some juice and a Smok hybrid tank. Am very happy with both, and great service and prices from this shop. Regular updates on order, would definitely use again. Keep it up guys

The liquid are great quality with great flavours however I have twice now has problems with receiving the correct bottle sizes this seems to happen when I order different size bottles in the same order from now on I intend to order same size bottles to avoid being out of pocket !
