Very informative and not pushy. Always wary with phone calls like this but established very quickly it was worth listening to and letting them find me the best insurance.

I have spoken with Courtney on a couple of occasions, she explained the RT Health policies comprehensively and was most efficient and friendly each time. I feel positive with changing my health fund even though I had been a loyal member for over 40 yrs with MB. Courtney was very reassuring as we checked every aspect of the policy.
A positive change financially and for my health.

1.Good straight forward customer service.

2. The rep I dealt with was really across the private health markets information and was very good at discussing the pros & cons of policy details relevant to my personal needs.

3. Naturally their objective like other comparison companies is to sign you onto new providers and plans to make their money but at no time did I feel sales pressure to make a hasty decision.

4. I deal with another comparison provider company as well as this one, both of them are great.

5. I’d recommend that anyone looking to save time and confusion trawling through provider websites trying to work out the best deals on private health cover, electricity plans, vehicle insurance, superannuation funds etc save themselves time by using comparison companies like Health Compare and The Compare Club.

I didn’t think I would originally take the phone call when an unknown number showed up on my phone, but this time I’m glad I did. I wasn’t provided a quote on anything that they didn’t think I could receive a better deal on so I didn’t feel like my time was wasted. They helped me get new hospital cover that was way less with more benefits than what I was originally paying. Plus I added my partner and I’m only paying $20 more a week. I really appreciate the service. Thank you!

Excellent Service from Adam. My reason for contacting was to find a policy to suit our family, to cover only the services we needed and hopefully save some money in the process. Not only did he do all of that, he also explained everything along the way so I could make informed decisions. Never did I feel rushed, would highly recommend giving this service a go!

the person i talked to was nice and appeared helpful but when i rang the Health insurance company that he refered me to i found that he did not find me the best most suitable product and i infact saved $7 a fortnight by going direct to the company also this service only offered me 6 weeks free when the company is actually offering 10 weeks free online
