My first order with HealthCabin has been good. I had a concern about shipping time but customer service provided detailed tracking and the order arrived soon after. I have since placed another order, excellent products and fantastic prices.

I placed an order and everything was right on, complete order. Very nice variety of items for E-cigs. Very good prices. Try this place out you will be happy. Also when I had questions they were usually answered within 2 days that's a great time. They were willing to explain and not give me any hassle, they were awesome to deal with.

Supplier is honest and reply to my emails quickly and taking so much care to update me with the situation of my order, and follow up with me since the order is placed. I received the order in a perfect condition and exactly as per described in their website, and with a very good packing.
They even compensate me with the amount of shipping because my order take longer then what is supposed to take, due to the Chinese new year holiday, which was the post mail problem and not theirs.
I will definitely be their customer and place order with them again.

The order was in the United States and has been stuck on "departed shipping partner facility" for over A MONTH and has been sitting literally a state away from me. They keep making excuses for why the logistics provider won't tell them what's happening even though it's in the freaking US. I asked for a refund because 40 days is not within the 20-30 day time frame they gave me. Even still they won't refund me, they blamed it on the storm in california but it should have been delivered before that even cause postal delays. They told me if I don't get it by April 28th, which is 4 MONTHS after the order, then I can get a half refund of store credit, instead of back to my original payment method in full. It's bs I have to wait 4 months to get half of my money back to spend on the same sh** store for something that would be gone within a week. Please order anywhere else, Randm.com, aliexpress, Amazon, literally wherever you can find. This company sucks.

They have a wide selection of e-liguid.
Parcel is well protected, and come relativly fast (to Croatia).
On every question you get fast and reliable answer.

The full 5 Stars 🌟 for this company! Although I ordered just before Chinese New year it still landed to me in UK reasonable quickly considering public holidays ect & the packaging was excellent.So if you're looking a great deal look no further you've found that company here 👍

The shipping takes a little longer, being from China, but the shipping cost is very reasonable.
Customer service is outstanding! They respond quickly to emails, and are always polite and helpful.

The products I ordered from Healthcabin were genuine and arrived in excellent condition. Shipping was slower than expected and when I contacted them customer service responded within a day. Customer service kept in contact with me until I received my order. They don’t abandon you once your order is shipped.
I will continue to order from Healthcabin just because of their customer service(their low prices are also a bonus).

My five Health Cabin orders placed during Black Friday week for vape accessories finally arrived in Canada mid January with no duty or import charges. All products received were genuine and in pristine condition. Packaging was excellent and came completely undamaged via registered postNL mail. Health Cabin's product prices are rock bottom, but even the lowest cost shipping is expensive and very slow. Fortunately everything came through and the stuff is all the real deal. Everything authentic. For the most part, the price, even including the shipping works out to be about the best deal you can get anywhere. You just have to be patient and wait a while. HC offers faster shipping by courier but the rates are extreme. HC is definitely NOT a scam store and my credit card was not compromised at any time. Stock up on the vape products you need now because they're getting harder to obtain. Just be patient about the shipping and you'll be happy when the items finally show up. Everything I ordered over the period of a week arrived on the same day in sturdy boxes with the items securely wrapped in foam. No mailing envelopes were used.

The goods I ordered never arrived. Also, I had to do a lot of work to do a chargeback with my credit card. There is no way to remove my credit card payment method. This is fraud. I reached out to them and even the owner but never received a response. I had to report my credit card stolen and get a new number because I was worried about my details getting stolen. You cannot TRUST this healthcabin....chinese company

Really good prices and wide selection of products to choose from.
Shipping is longer than if ordering from a UK supplier, but the prices easily make up for this.
