The customer service at HealthCabin is truly something special. When my local post office in USA failed to deliver my package, HealthCabin messaged me the same day out of concern, even though it was nothing at all to do with them. On a previous order, they helped me put together a cart with expiring sales prices and pre-order items to help me save on shipping. In all my years of shopping for vape products, never seen anything even close to this level of support.

Ok so I bought a Uwell Whirl with 2 packs of coils. Awesome. Great mtl tank and coils produce great flavor and last. Tank was only $1.99 and coils were only $5.61 per all before 10% discount. Thanks Healthcabin!

I really enjoy doing business with HealthCabin. The website is easy to navigate. The selection is wonderful and prices are fantastic! Their customer support is quick to respond. I do a fair amount of online ordering and these guys were way above average! If they were a little bit closer so I didn't have to wait for an overseas package to arrive...but it still came a day before it was scheduled.

I have ordered multiple times from HealthCabin and have always been satisfied with my purchases. The prices are great and items ship out promptly. Sometimes it does take a little while for the package to get delivered in the US, but that is on the postal carrier. I have had orders get to me in as little as 8 days, and as much as 30 days. Either way I'm still happy with the service from HealthCabin and the few times that I've had a question, my email was responded to in a timely manner as well. 5 star service.

Healthcabin is best online seller for ecig equipment. I'm very satisfied with them.

I've tried multiple times to raise an issue regarding a faulty item received via both their live chat and support email address to no avail. If something goes wrong, they don't seem to care.

I won the Vaporesso LUXE XR Max Pod System Kit 2800mAh 5ml!!!!. Love Healthcabin prices. You will have to be patient on shipping, but the great prices are worth the wait. Love the monthly contests and earning points for checking in everyday. That's 18$ for just checking in!

This is the fourth time ordering from these folks because they have authintic products for half the price as in the U.S. Only downfall is you have to order well before needed as it takes up to 1.5 months for delivery.

My experience was is when I asked them when I had a question they helped and the package came really early instead 4weeks it came in 19 days that’s pretty good all the way from china to Europe 😁 And the prices and the giveaway are the best on Healthcabin 😁
