My experience was great
My experience was great. The doctor did not join the video consultation. I emailed the support and within an hour I got a call back to arrange for an alternate timeslot and even a later call when an earlier timeslot became free. From then on, everything went very smoothly. Kudos to the support team (Sarah). The doctor was also super nice and helpful, friendly and professional at the same time.

Melody was really polite
Melody was really polite, friendly and knowledgeable about my daughters issue. We had tried several prescribed creams from NHS GP and sadly none worked. First px prescribed by melody was perfect and is working wonders, so greatful to her for her support and will definitely use again.

Great service that can be done online. The doctor was very pleasant and offered great advice.
however, the dropdown list of pharmacies doesn't mean that all are providing vaccinations. This could have be made clearer before selecting the preferred one. I needed to ring around to see which local pharmacy offered the service. but overall happy with the service.

VERY SLOW
Never write bad reviews for places but this time I had to. very bad online service, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my prescription. If I call or email it’s either a clinician needs to review my report or the clinician is on holiday or something funny. If I knew this was the case I wouldn’t be choosing an online assessment for adhd

Due to national prescribing regulations and our prescribing policies for ADHD medication, we are required to have specific test results — including cardiology assessments — before issuing prescriptions. In your case, the delay in receiving ECG results and the unavailability of your psychiatrist have unfortunately extended the normal prescribing process and timeline.
Please rest assured your case has now been escalated to our ADHD Medical Director for review, and our team will be in touch directly as soon as the clinical assessment is complete.

Very helpful
Sarah was very helpful to me when I had filled out the questionnaire form, for a prescriptions in error, leaving out some of my required medication.
I only realised it, when at the pharmacy. I emailed Sarah and my problem was sorted very quickly by Sarah and the Doctor.
