Healthians’ service quality has deteriorated to an unacceptable level, particularly in sample collection operations.

On 12 January, no sample collector was assigned despite a confirmed appointment, forcing an involuntary reschedule to 13 January. On 13 January, although a collector contacted me to confirm the location, I was subsequently and incorrectly marked as “customer did not pick up the call” and the assignment was cancelled.

This reflects a complete breakdown of process integrity and professionalism. Such conduct is unacceptable for a healthcare service provider and demands immediate corrective action.

This is really one of the really bad online lab.. for a normal blood test for which reports will be available 2 to 3hrs.. They need 34 hrs. After 34 hrs really unsure on the values these guys give..

Their reports aren’t appropriate. It seems falsified and not genuine.

And didn’t receive proper response from customer support when I discussed the issue. They even charged me more than expected amount and they won’t provide any refunds.

Dont use Healthians. Have very bad experience with Healthians. They collected sample for me and my wife and 5000Rs for each person and they are not showing reports in App. The Booking Id 16100084201 . Also their worst customer care never understands this issue and they want to only transfer to other guys and call will be disconnected.

After booking customer care and after the sample collection, no one listens, and the report is not given on time. This was my last time; now I will not get any tests done. In the process of the report, my doctor's fee was charged again.

Their services are pathetic. Blood test taken 3 days ago still no report given. Even if you call them 100 times this is their service!!!

Pathetic experience, the person who came to collect the blood samples was completely untrained and unprofessional. Didn’t knew how to prick the nerve for blood samples . Worst experience of my entire life booking here with them .

I’m not sure if this is a ghost organization or is managed by unprofessional people. After booking online got 5 calls that we are from Healthians, cancel your tests and I’ll book the at à cheaper rate. I get a feeling there’s no governance or accountability. Never mind! It’s my last time.

Communication, I paid for Iron values test but they gave me test report without Iron values, after writing emails to them, no reply, customer service never calls you back, They call you back only if you want order for Test, otherwise keep mum. It has second time with them. Next time it is better to go to other company.
Never will this company anymore and advice others to consider before they go for a test with Hréalthiens.

Pathetic... Rude.. No body to talk with after you give them money... They have call center only for picking up business.. For support they only have WhatsApp... No body you can talk to... And the sales team tells you...that you can do what ever you want... Never in my life will I take service two them...

Calling customer care since yesterday,no one pick the call and today when I spoke to them,they without listening whole situation they keep transferred the call 7-8 times and in the last whom I spoke to he was so rude and telling me wither you listen to me or listen to your kids ...

I genuinely found Healthians affordable and reliable. Ever since COVID happened I started taking a full body health checkup, and this year only I switched from a popular lab to Healthians for complete health checkup. The package I took from Healthians was not only cheaper in price but also covered more parameters, and the best part is their after test service, I got a free consultation call from their health expert for free, who cleared all my concerns, which further saved me money. The reports were on time and the entire process from the booking to reports was quick and simple.

Company continuously calling n scheduling appointments in their own .Every morning getting call from representative n getting disturbed . Inspite of repeatedly telling them that we have not schedule ,still by evening will get another msg of next day appointment .Very bad service n very very disappointing .Please be careful If u schedule it once then be ready for calls .

I booked a home sample collection with Healthians through Bajaj Health Insurance for 7:30 AM. I followed the fasting instructions, expecting a timely visit. It’s now been over 3 hours, and no one has shown up. No technician, no call, no update.

This kind of delay—especially when fasting—is not just inconvenient, it’s irresponsible. Health-related services require punctuality and communication, and Healthians failed on both fronts. I won’t be using them again, and I’d advise others to reconsider before relying on their service.

I have booked a slot at 6.30 am today but none responding from team .that guy came at 8.30 am .I never seen this kind of service.

I had a terrible experience with Healthians during a full body check-up, and I must warn others.

The sales team was relentless, calling repeatedly even after I had confirmed the booking.
I made the full payment, only to have it refunded due to their system problems, and was asked to pay again.

The sample collection process was a nightmare – the technician cancelled multiple times, causing long delays.

When the sample was finally collected, the report was delayed, and I was told the sample had expired due to the delay, requiring resampling.

Throughout the process, there was zero coordination, no accountability, and poor customer support.

Healthians failed at every step of a basic health check-up. Their lack of professionalism and care is alarming, especially when dealing with something as critical as health diagnostics.

I strongly advise others to stay away from Healthians. There are far more reliable and respectful diagnostic services out there.

I am happy to mention that healthian providing very bad and third class service.. i had taking service for blood test and still I am waiting for invoice... I had taking many followups , customer care calls and messages...no use..
This is fake service provider lab..i won't recommend to anyone...you can go local lab instead of this fake company.
