Battery Model & Specs
– We shipped you model BA-516, Inogen’s factory-specified 16-cell “double” battery. Per Inogen’s official documentation, it delivers roughly 10 hours on setting 2 and 13 hours on setting 1. Any discrepancies you saw on third-party listings (including Amazon) are unfortunately out of our control. Since we shipped a brand new unit from the original manufacturer there shouldn't have risen any concerns. However due to the differences on manufacturer's end, you noted that there were different Voltage specification on this battery compared to your old one. It didn't mean that it would have a lower capacity, nevertheless you requested a return.
Return & Refund Process
– You returned the battery via USPS, which arrived at our facility on March 5, 2025. We issued you a full refund the same evening. Depending on your bank, those funds should appear in your account within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Delay
– We regrettably saw a weekend delay on the carrier’s end. We process and hand off every return as quickly as possible, but once it’s with USPS, delivery timing is beyond our control. We’re reviewing our return-shipping options to minimize future delays.
