I ordered on January 8

I ordered on January 8, today is the 15th? We have not received the oxygen concentrator yet, my husband needs it so he can go out more.

Your order was shipped promptly on January 8, but due to severe snowstorms in Kansas, USPS faced major delays across the region that affected many shipments. Jeff and Alex are great, WHAT a team. They are knowledgeable with the product and you feel you are
working with genuine people. Most others are commissioned used car salesman.

Great price! Great service!

I was a little suspicious at first…seemed too good to be true. I saved about $700 on a brand new Inogen One G5 oxygen concentrator for a Veteran who needed one. It shipped immediately, arrived on time and works perfectly - just as advertised by “Jeff.” I would definitely buy from HO Medical Supplies again.
