Great service.
Order was delayed and they posted out a 2nd one straight away. Communication was instant through whats app messenger which was really reassuring. Def use again.

I have ordered from this website several times and have always been very happy with the service they provide!

SCAM and FAKE REVIEW WARNING

They cheekily changed their website name from Vagibo.co.uk in order to avoid bad reviews and cover their scam!!! Please don’t buy if you don’t want to loose money to them!!! Type in Vagibor.co.uk and you’ll see I’m not the only victim!!

I ordered Boric Acid from Vagibor (now they changed to Healthy Bladder what a joke) from November 25th and haven’t received anything until now (while they say they use 1st class Royalmail)

I tried to reach out to them but receive no reply at all. Sent them multiple messages from both emails and websites but no answer whatsoever.

I probably lost my money paid to them, but most importantly whoever buying this type of product they probably are desperate as nothing has worked on them which is absolutely unacceptable to receive this kind of service.

PLEASE AVOID!!

EDIT after their response:
1. After more than 2 months without any communication (11 emails in total throughout) they finally got back to me by someone who claimed to be the “CEO” only after I sent an email saying if I don’t see further lack of communication, I have no choice other than taking this to the bank!
2. They kept insisting that they sent me multiple emails, they blamed me to miss the parcel sent by Royal Mail or didn’t collect it even though I received 0 communication or notification that I supposed to collect it, also I failed to respond any of their emails???
3. The FUNNY things are when I ask them if they have proofs of sending me all those emails, they said because I left this 1 star review so they decided not to provide me proofs even though they were “about to” - what a convenience LMAO!! - obviously they don’t have any because this is a lie but it’s so funny how they made it sounds so childish and unprofessional.
4. After back and forth they kept making all kind of excuses not to send me the proofs of them sending their “multiple” emails to me which proves how dodgy they are!
5. Shame that this can’t attach screenshots of emails that I sent them to see how “abusive” my emails are - what a completely joke how they take advantage of this platform to make up that lies.
6. They said below the link of the old website (vagibor.co.uk) direct to this new one which is correct, but we all know they will have two separate Trustpilot reviews and they get to bury all the previous bad reviews and “have a new start”. If you don’t believe me type in vagibor.co.uk on Trustpilot and you’ll know I’m not the only victim.
7. MY ADVICE for whoever is going to buy their products is: don’t buy it or buy it but if there’s any issue, that’s your fault because they are professional at blaming the customer and they are pretty good with making comeback too lol, also very aggressive and challenging (that is if they even respond to your emails)
8. Finally, as they still blamed me for “failed to collect” and not offer full refund which doesn’t show any goodwills to solve customer problem and concerns which also proves their horrible customer service even though it’s only £1.29.

I have been someone who is described as 'infection prone' and always sent away with antifungals and antibiotics over and over again and wanted a way to treat myself holistically without using medication all the time. This site saved me from chronic yeast infections and BV and I wish I'd known about the wonders of boric acid sooner. My next step is trying to combat chronic UTIs which this site also has supplements for. Thank you for the work you're doing for women like me! If you're sat there on the toilet right now in utter discomfort, pain and worry, looking for a last resort desperately, this site will save you like nothing else has before.

Great product, fast delivery!

Amazing service as usual, super fast next day delivery. I’ve tried other boric acids from others brands and non compare to theirs. I’m a lifelong customer, their products have really been life changing for me. Great to have a UK based company manufacture sure high great products and have so readily available.
