Long delivery time

Long delivery time, thought this was in the UK! no reply to e mail query. luckily I read other reviews that said they were automatically put on the monthly subscription plan, when I checked this was the case. So have cancelled. Very dubious about giving it to my dog now.

Terrible. I purchased three bottles from Heathly…

I purchased three bottles from Heathly Petz and the liquid smells foul. It was originally light orange when I first opened it and then after a few days it changed to light yellow and stinks. I’ve thrown all three bottles in the bin. I did try and communicate with the company but no luck. Huge scam. Stay clear of this product

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Ordered a bottle online and system automatically signs you up for regular deliveries which I didn’t want and despite me selecting a one off bottle. Very sneaky by company. Reached out to customer services via email as I don’t want automatic deliveries and there is no phone number. Still waiting on a reply. Have emailed again this morning asking where my delivery is as it still hasn’t arrived just shows in transit. Now debating with myself whether to contact my bank to dispute the payment. Would definitely NOT recommend. Will never use again.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Never received my item as ordered and had to file a fraud claim with my bank. They don’t offer shipping through a carrier it only links you back to their website with no additional information. This is especially despicable to prey on pet owners trying to help their animals.

Do not purchase - customer service awful.

My first order was fine, ordered again after running out and when received the smell was rancid and a milky colour. Nothing like the first batch I received, I certainly wouldn’t give it to my dog. Iv emailed them 3 times quoting ‘quality concern’ and not had a response to any of my emails. Iv replied to a Facebook post that they were commenting on, asking them to contact me, and still no response.
After reading other reviews I’m now questioning how legitimate this business really is.

Stay away

At check out I ordered buy 2 get one free ($60) and one bottle ($30) for a total of 4 bottles ($90 + tax). When the charge went through I was charged $144.75. I immediately contacted the customer support and never heard back. I reached out again last week stating the charge in on my credit card for product I did not order again never heard back. Yesterday I received 6 boxes of the the product. No customer service at all and now I'm out $ for a product I don't want.
This was a reorder and I do think the product helped my dog's skin issues but the order process will lead me to look elsewhere.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. I placed an order and never got a confirmation. I reached out to the supposed company and never got a response so I looked up the transaction on my bank statement and found a phone number and when I googled the phone number it shows that this is a scam there as well. So beware and don’t waste your time or your money here. The phone number listed on my bank account for this company is 307-454-1902 for healthy petz. I placed a stop on my payment since it was still pending.

You are a horrible company

You are a horrible company! I received my product which had a horrific smell that was beyond worthy of giving even dead animal! After emailing the company 4 times with no response and absolute no way to contact them I am left to write this review.
DO NOT GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE!!!

Smells disgusting

Be aware this company will set you up to auto subscribe without any prior knowledge. Requested a refund and getting no response. The product smells disgusting I threw my 1st order straight in the bin noway would I give the foul smelling stuff to my dog and I now have another shipment coming. Been trying to cancel all weekend with no response. SCAM do not buy !!!!!!

Communication 0

Communication 0! Sent 3 bottles of foul smelling liquid. So foul that it could be smelled through the sealed packaging. On trying to contact the company to ask if this was normal, which I knew wasn’t, I didn’t receive any correspondence. I have emailed 4 times with no response. The bottles that had no odour, I gave to my doggo with no improvement what so ever.
Had this company communicated with me, I wouldn’t have left a 1 ⭐️ review however it deserves to be a 0 ⭐️ review. Clear to me that their reviews on their page are untrue and misleading!
Shame on you!

Product smells disgusting

Product does nothing and smells absolutely disgusting!
Ive contacted the company numerous times but they do not reply.
Cancelled the automatic subscription just hoping I dont still get charged again

SCAM!!!

I would have given 0 stars but that's not an option. I purchased this product on 03/25/26 and have yet to receive it. I have emailed customer service twice now with no communication as to why I have not even been given a shipping date. They were quick to take the money from my bank account and also automatically signed me up for the monthly subscription. I cancelled that because I don't want to get charged again with zero products in my hand. Extremely disappointing.

I think this is a sham company

I think this is a sham company. Ordered in March. Said would be delivered by Yodel. Next message was it was at an airport, followed by order has been cancelled. Now trying to get refund and I’m going around in circles!

If i could leave a minus 5 I would

If i could leave a minus 5 I would. I ordered this product and never received it. Then they had the audacity to say I was on a subscription which I never agreed to. I call my charge card company and had to have them blocked for reoccurring charges.
THIS IS A SCAM. THEY ALL SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND THROWN IN JAIL.
They are taking advantage of people who are trying to help their pets.
This company is despicable !!
