Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! Product did nothing for my French bulldog skin. I tried it for one month consistently. I reached out to customer service via email with no response x2. Their website (for customer service) very clearly states they respond to all requests within 12 hours & that is a big fat lie. I’m disputing the charge now with my credit card company. Do not be fooled by the Facebook ads- This is a non-legit loser company.

This company and product need to be reported

I started a subscription for 3 months my product came and it worked,I was so happy for my itchy dog.
Then,my next 2 subscriptions were a totally different colour and the smell was unbelievable….i have sent so many emails had no reply at all….i was going to send them back but can’t find an address.
My advice is…DONT buy it

Product might be good and worthwhile…

Product might be good and worthwhile but customer service, order, information, order tracking is non-existence. They immediately sign you up for auto ships even before you get the first delivery. Try to contact them…it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer. Will be cancelling as soon as first delivery is made. I am sure there are more reputable and responsive companies that can help a pet owner with the same product.

NO SERVICE OR CONTACT

I placed an order, tried to follow up, no answer or reply. Just wondering if product will actually arrive.... No tracking number. They advertise on Facebook, I would not be drawn into their marketing, I feel like I have been scammed. No contact number for this company at all!
Makes me wonder what is actually in the bottles and if its safe to administer to your pets.... Never again!

Absolutely Disgraceful

Absolutely Disgraceful – Avoid This Company

There is no option for NO stars !!
My experience with Healthy Petz has been nothing short of a complete disaster. My order arrived with the bottle completely smashed, with the contents leaked all over the packaging — totally unusable.

What’s even worse is the so-called “customer service.” I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and have been completely ignored. Not a single reply, no acknowledgement, nothing. It’s as if once they’ve taken your money, they simply don’t care.

This is beyond poor service — it’s a total lack of accountability and professionalism. Any legitimate business would at least respond and attempt to resolve the issue. Healthy Petz have done neither.

I strongly urge anyone considering ordering from them to think again. Based on my experience, you risk receiving damaged goods and being left out of pocket with no support whatsoever.

Poor customer service/delivery

Took a month to get, i tried emailing and got nothing. Finally received it and dont even want to use it. I heard it was causing dogs to have seizures. Be careful and always ask your vet

EXTREMELY sketch

EXTREMELY sketch! Do not purchase from this site... sometimes the site is live sometimes its just down for the count. Some 3rd world country server run by same 3rd world country people that have some of the oddest and sketchiest business processes of ANY online store. For starters you have to request a link from them to log into your account to check previous orders or make any changes... REQUEST A LINK! What in the absolute F. Then there is absolutely NO way of contacting them about ANYTHING. Forget it. huh. Wonder why. And you can forget about making ANY sorta changes to your credit card or person info in your account. Just forget it. They own it all once submitted into their vault of an online shop that only THEY can control fully. And dont be fooled by the money back guarantee... they will only argue with you email after email after email telling you to give it time or wait for a period of time or not yet or just completely glaze over your request to cancel. Geeez this place is so sketch. Just dont. Just simply dont.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from…

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from customer services, had first bottle didn’t do nothing to my pet, received second bottle and it was out of date with an extremely foul odour that made my pet ill, ( I didn’t notice the odour at first)
I emailed them after about 2 weeks they got back to me apologised said they was going to send out a new bottle free of charge, even though I had to bin the second bottle what I’d paid for, needless to say I’m still waiting for that free bottle !!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Not great. Doesn't work like they say

Purchased the liquid collagen for my dog for licking issues with his paws. We went through 3 bottles and it did nothing. Do not recommend this product. It didn't work not even a little bit.

If I could give 0 stars I would most definitely. Do not purchase from this rip off Company. I purchased the 1st bottle used it and noticed no difference in our Pooch whatsoever, and without even Subscribing at purchase noticed a second bottle was supposedly being delivered.
After 1 month wait and numerous unanswered Emails sent, I cancelled the subscription (set by them) the bottle finally arrived. I tipped it down the sink as the smell that came from the bottle was horrendous, not sure what they used but Im sure they wouldn't give it to their pup. Not even going to bother trying for a refund, DO NOT USE HEALTHY PETZ. SCAMMERS

Do not buy this product!

The first bottle was fine. The second bottle had something wrong with it. It stunk like a chemical pony and was a weak yellow watery consistency where the first one was a thick brown liquid. I took it to me vet and said I shouldn't be giving my beloved Rosie this as they haven't been tested properly. He said collagen is the new fad.

When I contacted the email address about the second bottle, no response. Even though the website said they would respond in 12 hours. I then emailed again and they shipped a second bottle.

A bunch of charlatans if you as me! They don't care bout your dog. Just making money. Otherwise they would be horrified as to what was in the bottle!

Why can’t I give ZERO STARS

Why can’t I give ZERO STARS? healthy pets is a legit site. healthypetZ, with a Z, IS NOT. I made the mistake of placing my order on Jan 26. It is now Mar 6 and I have no order. Their website says they ship within 3-5 business days. What they don’t tell you is that it’s coming via a slow boat from CHINA. I checked the status on Mar 1 and it said ‘AWAITING USPS’. Still says that on Mar 6. I have repeatedly sent requests for a refund and only get ‘thank you for your patience. Just a little longer.’ Research thoroughly! I ordered the same thing from CHEWY and it came the next day with my Autoship order. No shipping charges. Now I’m off to submit my complaint to PayPal.

If I could I give them no stars cause they charged me and I never got the product now they are trying to charge me again on a second bottle never got the first tried to contact them nobody ever responded. Don’t waste ur money.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Have sent emails and gave not received any responses. Cannot find a phone number to call them. I received a package that came double Bagged from the post office because the product smelled like it came out of a sewer. Absolutely disgusting. Again no response from them.

Faulty product and no customer service

First product arrived and seemed to be normal and used fine. I then saw another payment has come out of my account (I had not subscribed to the subscription service) the 2nd bottle then arrived. I opened the bottle and the liquid was a cloudy white colour with bits floating in it and the smell was so fowl I could smell it before opening the bottle. I obviously didn’t get this to my dog. I have emailed twice for a refund and stated my concerns about the product and not had any response. Avoid this company as I’m not sure how safe this product is for your pet.

I would give them 0 stars if I could

I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I bought x3 of the collagen drops but they brought my French bulldog out in such a bad allergic reaction that I had to take him to our vets. Ended with a bill for steroid cream and shampoo to calm his skin. Long story short I just put it down to a bad reaction and just accepted the £36 as a loss… until I received notification from my bank that ANOTHER payment was taken out. After doing some digging it turns out I’m in a monthly subscription with them… why the hell would I want another 3 bottles every month. I did not agree to enter into this subscription.

I then emailed them to cancel and upon reading their T’s and C’s notices their 60 day money back guarantee. I emailed asking for a refund for BOTH transactions as I was still within this timeframe and I have had no response.

They’re 💯 a scam. I have sent several emails and I’m just being ignored.

I just want my money back as per their own written agreement on all of their media posts and website.
