Excellent service and friendly helpful staff

I want to thank Liberty at hearing aid accesories, personally, for fantastic service, product knowledge and delivering on everything that she said she would do and more.

If you want to receive first class service and all with a smile, then look no further!

Today, for the first time in years I have been able to hear someone without looking at them. Why? Because they were wearing the accesory that I was advised to buy.

I have been able to go back to my Samsung and stream directly to my hearing aids, rather than using an iPhone I detest. Why? Because I am using the same product that, again, I was advised to buy.

Without Liberty doing her research and advising me I would have bought the wrong product, spending money unnecessarily. This time we have got it right, first time.

I'll never hear properly, like a "normal" level, however, with her personal help, I can hear better than I have done in such a long time.

I am entitled to have free batteries from the N H S but they only give out two packets a time and I calculate it costs me over £5 to collect them each time as well as exposure to risk in the current pandemic situation. I was therefor delighted to obtain over a years supply of essential hearing aid batteries at reasonable cost without having to leave my house. Thank you.

I have bought a pair of in the ear,work well l was having trouble with over the ear what with glasses and face mask.take a while to get used to they can still be seen as fill the whole inside of ear,but still discreet. Every thing was very easy,no rush no fuss,l even bought there special offer battery's on line .would recommend.

I have used these for many years but this was my first purchase. The service was prompt and the aids arrived well and securely packed.

I could not have asked for better service and the widex com dex that I purchased from this site was 50% cheaper than the same in US..
