Just had new hearing aids fitted today.
Deepak is very caring and helpful and really looked after me, would thoroughly recommend him and his staff.

Wonderful service from Hearing Well! I had quite large wax build ups in both ears and one of them was hard to reach. I was very nervous but the consultant was reassuring, knowledgeable and clearly very skilled. She explained exactly what she was doing and removed both blockages in a comfortable and painless way. The booking and check in process at reception was professional and friendly too. Thank you!

Just recently, the evening before we were due to go on an extended trip to Africa, one of the speakers in my hearing aids broke. I immediately emailed Deepak and explained the situation. The next morning, he had sourced an alternative temporary speaker, and I was able to go on my trip hearing all. Nice staff but, they charged me the full 2 ear wax removal price (85£) when there's wasn't any wax to remove, just a few dead skin on the left side which took 1 min to clean. It was just a 15 min appointment and one of the most expensive ones I ever had in UK. There are other options nearby so think twice.
