So yes I had my doubts , but chatting with Dr. George did alleviate them a bit. Although much cheaper than the market these heating aids are still expensive.

And I’m sure it’s enough to say I received it (Singapore) and my dad is using them.

I was a bit nervous about buying hearing aids online and from Cyprus as well. Using Trust Pilot eased some of that. The constant and timely communication from the audiologist before the purchase and the followup care and communication were better than I received in Spain on a face to face basis. I highly recommend them.

I found hearmore4less when I was looking for best price for Phonak Audeo hearing aid. I was skeptical about buying online something that is usually bought in a store, especially something that expensive. But my research (including Trustpilot) showed good and great experiences, and I started a chat on their web page. Dr. George was very prompt and detailed at answering my questions, and I decided o order from them.
The process is quite simple: you send them the results of your hearing test and a photo of your ear (for size info). As I had a photo of the same model of hearing aids that I tested in a local store, the latter was not needed. Then I ordered the model I wanted on their web shop and paid with my Visa.
Since I ordered the latest model in not the most usual color, they had to order it from Phonak. That took about 2 weeks (+weekend) and a day or two for them to configure and ship the package. And I must say I was astonished with the shipping speed - it took 26 hours for the package to delivered from Cyprus to my home in Croatia!
Well-packed, exactly what I ordered. Now I am getting used the hearing aids for a week or so and then I should have an online fine-tuning session. That works over the Phonak app.

This is my second HA purchase from Dr.George and I am fully satisfied from the service he has provided.

I ordered top of the line, waterproof hearing aids and paid about 1/4 what another store I tried would have charged. They arrived in less than 3 weeks, programmed and ready to use. I find after three days wearing the news aids that I’m hearing better and getting used to the “new” sounds. I’m sure I’ll get help if I need to make adjustments to the initial program, but so far it’s very good. George was extremely helpful in the process of choosing the brand and style, and seems very knowledgeable about adjusting and working with the products to find the best solution for each individual. My hearing is greatly improved, and I’m thrilled that I found Hear More 4 Less.

I paid $459 for hearing aids that and got an empty charger box in the mail. I sent the charger back. Hear More 4 Less refused to pay a refund. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud.

I never got what I ordered.
When I did my order it never stood that the hearing aid was not in stock.
They have to order it from the manufacture first and then send it to me.
This has taken over a month and I cancelled the order.
