These boxes always have quality products from food items to household products. I've given Heart boxes as gifts several times and they're always a hit!

Everything I have received from you has been great. We have a room in our house decorated with only items from things from your Scottish shop

All my transactions with Heartbox have been great. There are the occasional shipping issues, but that is beyond the control of Heartbox. I would suggest on something like the "treats of Scotland" to not double up on so many items - instead of two of many things, one of each thing to allow more variety. I do understand it is a difficult balance - what if someone enjoys something and they only have one, LOL.

I love Scotland. Every box brings me home

I have enjoyed receiving the Heartbox but the items we have gotten are not always what I expect. The add-ons are probably exceptional, but for the price, I don't always feel that I would have bought the items in the box if available.

I enjoy the little sneak peaks provided each month and look forward to receiving my Heartbox and finding the surprises it holds. I appreciate every piece and rarely share the treats. Options for additional items and sales come often and with excellent details.

We have had a hard time finding some of these treats. We are slowly intorducing younger family members into the sweets we can get in Scotland. This box was just perfect!

First, I really enjoy the articles that are emailed regularly about the foods, customs, and the history of Scotland. Second, receiving the box of treasures from Scotland is so special. It just makes your day so much better. Thank you so much!

There is a nice variety of items in each box.

Love the boxes and getting them in the mail was the highlight of my month, however I bought a purse and the chain on the strap broke after using it twice. After that I got a beautiful pair of earrings and after wearing them once when I took them off the post snapped off like it hadn’t been welded together well. It seems like I had issues with my favorite items. I expressed my disappointment and they said they would reach out to the manufacturer but I never heard back and ended up cancelling my subscription after like 9 months. I am very gentle with my belongings because I know that when you take care of things they last but unfortunately the quality of the items just isn’t great. Or somehow I just kept getting defective items.

This is a fantastic box. All of the items are of great quality, and the variety is excellent. It's obvious that a lot of care and time goes into each box.

Amazing products and fabulous options for add ons. I love my tartan coin purse and handbag! The tartan pen was also a fun surprise. Gemma is great and very helpful answering questions.

The boxes are just not what I thought they'd be for the amount of money they cost. I wish they were geared more towards men.

The package arrived with the cookie highland cow jar smashed into about 50 pieces. Very little packaging protection in the box. Reported it to you, never heard back. I was disappointed that you didn’t reply.
