BUYER BEWARE: There should be a negative option for this company. They had the worst customer service I have ever seen. Wish I had read the other reviews where they cheated people, sent junk, and then refused returns. They offer a discount, but if you use it, you cannot return what you bought when you receive it. I ordered a bracelet. They said I could not cancel it within 24 hours. They sent it to me and it was 1 inch shorter than what I ordered. They told me to return it and they would replace it with one in the correct size. By now, I knew it was junk and the kind you can buy for a dollar an inch on any street corner. But I wanted to replace it. I sent mine back and it’s been a week and a half, and they still haven’t sent me the replacement. This company has no moral compass, extremely low quality, worst customer service I have experienced in years. Not sure how they can stay in business.
Wow. Now they’re saying I didn’t contact them. Do I need to post all the emails I sent trying to cancel it within 24 hours? And do I need to post copies of the emails when I was trying to get a refund instead of a credit? Do I need to post the emails that show your email never stated I needed to reply once you told me to mail it in? I mailed it in. You never acknowledged it. You had not shipped my second bracelet because of your mistake, mailing me a bracelet an inch shorter than what I ordered, when I posted this review. I kept all the emails. Let me know if you want me to forward all of them to you.

Got a gold tennis bracelet
Got a gold tennis bracelet, it had a clasp that did not click in when I received it. Still wore it anyways because it has two safety hooks on the sides. Big mistake, should have returned it, because couple weeks later there was a brand new problem: the entire clasp came apart from the bracelet itself because the hook that connects the two pieces bent open and separated. Poor quality, do not waste your money on this jewelry

The customer service representative, Hallie, communicated with me via a series of condescending emails, the post office on the other hand , reached out to me personally and I received superior customer service support from them. I also received multiple incredibly unprofessional emails rants from Hallie, Also she blocked me in social media after I made a comment warning people about the customer service.

Rings tarnish and fade. Horrible customer service
I purchased a good amount of rings from this company. A few of them tarnished and faded very quickly. When I asked about the warranty, I was told to send pictures so I did.. when they saw the pictures they said it was from my own wearing chair and use now not all the rings tarnished just some- and I wear them all the same. I believe these rings were defective and instead of trying to come to a solution, the company blocked me, and told me I was just looking for free rings before the one year very limited warranty is up be mindful their warranty required you to pay for new rings which I was willing to do. There are much better companies with better warranties shop around. Their version of waterproof and every day where is not the same as other companies their quality is very cheap.
