The necklace I ordered was perfect! Exactly as pictured. Delicate and well-made. I love it!

In trying to return a pair of earrings that I bought through etsy from them, I went through a process that took over a month with the seller trying to fight tooth and nail against simply giving me my money back for a product that was genuinely painful to wear. When I told them this, they replied several times that they'd never had this issue before with their customers, well, guess what? Everyone is not the same. I had an issue, and I shouldn't have to stretch out my earlobe to make these earrings work. They tried to charge me shipping for an exchange by making me purchase the item a second time until I realized that I did not receive a full refund for the "exchange" and then had to argue just to get an actual full refund on something that was meant to be an equal exchange. Every measure they took read like penny pinching and greed.

They do not care about the customer, and they proved that by aggressively arguing with me and "well actuallying" me at every turn. Demanding that I take several images of my measurements of their earrings and saying I was doing it wrong when the findings didn't fit the result they wanted. They made me feel like I was crazy for wanting a refund for wearing jewelry that was painful to put in. They made me feel like I was stupid and didn't understand how to take measurements or how basic math works (they told me 1.26 is 1.2 rounded up).

I've never experienced such bitter customer service in my life. If you buy from them, I hope you get what you want because if you don't, dealing with them will literally take years off your life. The earrings are pretty, but I would rather burn my money than buy anything from them again.

I own a few different pieces from Heart Made of Gold. I recently received a pair of earrings for Christmas. After traveling, the clasp would not stay shut. I sent a message to customer service via the website asking if I could exchange the pair for a new set and received a response in less than 15 minutes. Sometimes you send in a web form and you expect to hear nothing, but I was thrilled to get a message back and with a solution that fixed the earrings without having to get a new pair. It's lower end on cost and longevity, sure, but it sure sparkles and looks pretty. Jewelry deserves to be worn!

Items ship very quickly and are packaged nicely. I have purchased two necklaces and have received a ring as a gift. All 3 pieces look and feel more expensive than other pieces I have received from other companies. The items also look just like they are depicted on the website. I plan on purchasing additional pieces in the future.

Not diamonds. The company has several pieces with “shiny” stones. Some product descriptions simply say “stones.” Some say “cubic zirconia.” SOME literally say “diamonds.” Multiple times. I ordered two such necklaces, on sale, assuming the diamonds would be very tiny but ok with that. When the package arrived, I realized the stones were way too big to be authentic diamonds. I checked with the company and was told they were cz’s. NOWHERE in the description did it say that. Pointing that out, I said I would like to initialize a return. I was told that since they were on sale, the best they could do was to offer store credit. And then the representative said, “for that price you thought they were real diamonds?” Pretty snarky, and not good customer relations to say the least. Plus, I believe this is false representation. I ended our conversation. And I did not do the store credit. I’d rather chalk it up to a loss than do further business with them.

Please do not purchase from this company. Their jewelry is cheap, doesn't last, tarnishes... and then their customer service is horrible and offers NO assistance.

Quality product. I purchased a two pack a of earrings for myself and a friend. We both love them. I wear them everyday and even leave them in when I sleep and shower.

This company is not good at all. They claim an item was sent to me along with my order. I tried to reach out not just one but several times. I called my bank and file a dispute. They reached out very aggressively and have advised me a replacement was already sent out. How would I know that?? Fast forward I called my bank and cancel dispute upon agreeing on a solution. I received replacement already had a bad taste on my mouth and jewlery looked cheap and nothing like advertised so decided to return the ring. I sent pictures of package and date stamped to them. I reached out again and again to see if they have received item and they claimed they have not. How come? 2 weeks and no item? Is not like they are based out of the country so they are clearly lying. I have advised them dispute was canceled and charge reverse and they are still refusing to give me my money back. Not only that but I have been disrespected by one of his representatives and been called names like dumb. They clearly do not care about their customers. Do not do business with them not only they sale low quality items but they have terrible customer service skills. Save yourself from this company and headache. Yes I did open a dispute after trying to contact merchant not just once but several times without a response. Please do yourself a favor and check this company and their return policy by checking them on Better Business Bureau and fakespot you will see the most recent reviews about this company. Stay away. Emailed shown below was after the fact after trying to contact them via email about this. They have sent replacement without prior notification. I sent the item back and they are claiming they have not received after almost 2 weeks. I have countless emails and communication with merchant. I just got a message suggesting they have been checking my personal information and have brought in my family into this my kids. I will be sending a copy of dispute being canceled by my bank as requested by merchant and will be expecting a refund back if not dispute will be reopened to obtain my money back.

Shipped so fast and I’ve worn 3 pairs of earrings and one necklace everyday for a year and they are as good as the day they were delivered!!!! I couldn’t be happier with the quality

I’m so impressed with both the quality of the jewelry AND the customer service! I have Purchased many of the jewelry pieces. I wear a few without taking them off and they look as real and beautiful as the day I bought them. Both the times I had issues, once my billing and once a missing piece, the customer service fixed the issuese immiediately! It was a really easy experience! Like other reviewers, I’d posted a more detailed review with the full situation, but heart made of gold flagged it as defamatory.

I had a horrible experience buying two pieces of jewelry that were final sale because of a promo code. Customer experience was also rude and not helpful. Be sure to read and fully understand their return police. While they say “100% money back guarantee”, They do not honor it.

I ordered from this place for the first time and was very excited to receive the nail ring and earrings. Beware - earrings are not returnable even if they’re unworn. I wore the nail ring for 7 days in a row (not including sleeping/showering) and the gold plating started to wear off on about day 5. I reached out to customer service and there was no way to help. I am disappointed in their commitment to keep a customer. I am also disappointed that I spent $50 on 1 ring and I get better wear from my $10-$12 rings from Amazon. Apparently these rings cannot touch water. My fault for not reading the fine print before, if I would have - I would not haven given this company my business. Since they are unwilling to help me out in any way to keep me as a customer, I will be moving my business elsewhere and selling the products I have to purchase better quality items from Amazon.

Beautiful pieces! Good material, very fashionable

I bought two necklaces and absolutely love them! The gold does not look too yellow or cheap. Haven't taken them off and haven't seen any signs of tarnishing after a few weeks.

I was looking for some modern gold earrings at a reasonable price and find them at Heart made of gold. They have lots of beautiful variations at good prices. It arrived very fast in a beautiful package. I’ve been wearing them constantly and the quality is very good. I’m very pleased and definitely will buy again.

Shipping was quick and the earrings are a perfect shape. I waited to review to make sure they wouldn't be irritating and they aren't AND they're holding up to all day and night wear.

Edit: Heart Made of Gold has tried flagging my review for being ‘defamatory.’ Trying to remove honest customer reviews doesn’t seem like a great business practice.

I’ve owned multiple gold filled pieces from other stores but the jewelry from Heart Made of Gold just looks & feels very fake. I requested a refund but apparently applying a coupon makes your order final sale. Never heard of that in my life. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The jewelry I bought was very good quality for a good price, looks as pictured and is holding up well. Good customer service as well.
