I made my order on line and had it delivered to my friend for Christmas 🎅🏻
I know she will be super happy with the it because the forever flowers are beautiful and smell Devine.
Speedy delivery and no problems with ordering, I would definitely recommend. Also I did visit the shop/stall in brehead and the ladies there are very helpful and happy to help.

Order accepted and ready fir collection on time.

Woman was helpful and managed to get our frame ready for us in 30 minutes.

I was looking for a wedding gift and needed something quick as left it to last min. Both the lady at the stall and her partner on the phone were very helpful and explained to me I could order over their website. When I thought I had an issue with payment on the site the gentleman called me straight back to confirm my payment had gone through so I was aware of it. Fast and speedy service and even sent me a message to say my parcel was ready for collection, very happy with my gift. Would highly recommend

Wow, went here as was looking for something a bit diffrent for a present the staff were amazing and so helpful showing me different gift boxes and frames they sell as i wasnt sure what i wanted. I chose the lovely flowers and bath bombsand was given a fragrance spray as well which was really nice. They also personalized it for me. Amazing experience and recommend 100% will be back again soon.

I've bought many gifts over the years for various occasions. Heartscent is my go-to for gifts that are that little bit more personal and thoughtful. The girls are always so helpful and accommodating. I've always received great customer service, whether that's getting a name put on my giftboxes or help with ordering a picture frame , or helping with choosing a fragrance to go with the gorgeous flowers, nothing is too much trouble. I would 100% recommend Heartscent if you're looking for a special gift or just a small something to cheer someone up , their gifts are always a winner.

Heartscent are amazing for there bespoken gifts. They personalise gifts for free! I’ve bought many gifts for family/friends and bathbombs for myself and always been so happy with them! Would 110% recommend. All staff are so helpful and cheerful !

Excellent service. I made an order in braehead where staff was polite and helpful. I ordered a frame and paid for delivery, my frame arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately there was a slight error of wording on my print I contacted them and had a quick reply to say a new one would be sorted asap. Only a few days later a whole new frame and print with correct wording arrived in time for Christmas. Really couldn't ask for more.

I have bought several different items from heart scent over the years from the flowers in boxes to frames and soap/bath bombs….excellent quality and great prices…. Staff very friendly and helpful…
