Avery cheerful and competent worker,especially cleaned up all the mess incurred.couldn't ask for anything better and it's especially fantastic being able to have a warm shower after 8 days of only cold cold water,which is the predicament my last insurance company left us in,bearing in mind we are both in our late eighties,. Won't mention the ins comp.name but it starts with an H.

What a great experience
What a great experience. I had about a dozen quotes to get my solar panels and battery. They were very professional from the start. Clear quotes, very changeable for what I wanted.
Agreed a price, on the more expensive side but I was pleased with the price in the end.
Installation happened with their people. Outsourced I think but that didn’t matter. They were great.
My aftercare service has been great too. I email and I hear back the same day most times. Again I had a few issues on where I could out the batteries but they were great with advice.
All in all so far I am so pleased. Thank yky.

Installation was started on time and…
Installation was started on time and whilst the full installation was estimated at 2 day, it only took 1.5.
The installation is neat and the whole area left tidy.
After just a few hours on a full day, it looks as if the system will exceed estimates.

No electrical survey conducted before PW3 install.
We had a Tesla powerwall 3 installed by Heatable. The powerwall itself is great but post installation we where left with two power sockets without power and a faulty RCCB. No offer from Heatable to remedy the situation. I therefore instructed another third party electrication to review Heatable work. He has found our 70s wiring is suffering from the dreaded green goo. Heatable performed no initial electrical survey before installation which I believe is a Tesla certification requirement. It's safe to conclude our wiring and consumer box should have been upgraded prior to the powerwall install. The consumer box is 20 years old and we are unable to source a replacement RCCB.

Thank you for raising your concerns. I appreciate that electrical issues can be worrying, and I wanted to provide some clarity around the work completed and the findings from our visits.
Before your installation took place, a site survey was carried out. While battery-only installations would normally require just a video survey, we arranged for an engineer to attend your property in person so we could properly assess the installation requirements beforehand. Following this assessment, our team installed a separate consumer unit (garage board) dedicated to the new battery system. This was fitted independently from your existing consumer unit and original wiring to ensure the new installation could operate safely without altering your existing electrical setup.
After you contacted us regarding issues with your existing consumer unit, we arranged a return visit on 24 April to investigate this for you. During the inspection, our engineers confirmed that the fault was related to the original consumer unit and existing wiring, rather than any equipment or installation work completed by Heatable.
I understand this may still be frustrating, especially when you are trying to determine the cause of the issue, and we are happy to support you as much as we can. We would be more than happy to talk through the findings in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

Over the last 6 months Heatable have…
Over the last 6 months Heatable have installed 2 boilers for our family. In both cases the install went very smoothly, both from in terms of the admin and with the engineer who was efficient and very tidy. We did some cost comparison research before appointing Heatable and they were very competitively priced.

Fast and efficient
Ross the fitter arrived right on time. Old boiler was out quickly. New one installed without issue. Ross was pleasant, efficient and tidy, spent time showing us how to work everything. Great service from start to finish.

Boiler Install
Great experience getting a new boiler fitted. Installer turned up on time, super tidy and spoke me through everything required. I have quite an old and awkward house so they did a great job with a few weird issues from old residents.
