As a landlord I Decided to go with Heatable as they had good reviews, I had a couple of initial questions and they were answered very promptly, the fitting was done the next day and tenants seem very happy, I had one issue with the paperwork having something missing but this was sorted professionally, overall for an online company I was massively impressed and even the finance was reasonable, would highly recommend this company, their customer support and support is right up there. I decided to use Heatable to replace my boiler. I was able to book a slot the next day after a quick online survey which was followed up by a phone call to confirm details. This included a fixed cost quote. The installer, Ionut (Jonny) called me to go through what would be happening the next day. Jonny arrived at the appointed time was polite, considerate and hardworking. He explained everything, finished everything to a high standard and cleaned up after he had finished. 24 hours after booking I had a fully working new heating system. I would like to thank Ionut and Heatable for their professionalism and can highly recommend them.

Just had solar and Sigenergy battery solution installed by Heatable, they took care of the whole process, communication was great all the way through and install was complete in two days, very tidy installation exactly where I wanted it with cables out of sight. Results so far have surpassed expectations with no grid power supplying the house even on the dull days we’ve had this week. Great Job!

So helpful ! and clearly explained everything without applying pressure to make us buy. The fitter who installed our new boiler was absolutely perfect!! Arrived exactly on time , explained clearly exactly what he was doing at each stage of the installation and made sure we fully understood how to operate the new boiler. He only accepted one drink - coffee. and actually drank it whilst working . When I tried to persuade him to stop for a break, he firmly told me he was here to work and not for relaxation. He, Johnny,was cheerful, friendly, has impeccable good manners and left the work area completely cleaned. I can't praise his work enough and the people on the phone were equally impressive. I highly recommend this company !!

Easy from start to finish. Got a quote for a battery system online and it was followed through very easily. Installation was very good. The guys who fitted it were professional and tidied up perfectly after themselves. I’m now saving £££ on my electricity bills. Thanks guys.

The people that fitted our system were great. Very helpful explaining what they were doing at each step. Even before they started the job there communication between electricians plumbers and other contractors via email I was copied in so I knew everything that was happening. Fantastic.

I've found Heatable to be very approachable with my sometimes idiotic queries, but they've been very patient and guided me through to my eventual purchases; and also following their YouTube channel has helped a lot with my understanding and choice of PV and Battery systems (and previously buying a replacement boiler off them last year). Their online organisation is very streamlined, with payment and documentation systems easy to follow. Prices might not be the cheapest, but their backup systems and Insurances gave me the confidence to go with them.

Marcin did a very good job and advised me of everything whilst installing the boiler.

He tidied up nicely and was very professional.

From the start I new I had contacted a good company. Talking to Adam he gave me confidence that everything would work out OK. The two engineers were very perlite, And myself being a retired pipe fitter these two trades men were fist class there work was neet and tydy, and they left my home clean. I will be recermending this company to friends and family if needed.

Met site team at neighbours, they were helpful and put us in touch with office team. Good communications and helpful advice. On site team excellent, very helpful and thorough on who kept us informed on progress. Worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Helpful in setting up of App at end of install.
