The engineer was amazing he went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. My install was not straight forward, there were a lot of issues as my boiler was so old, but he persevered and remained pleasant and sociable. Lovely man. I would highly recommend them

Really good experience overall. Very helpful on the phone when trying to decide on the right boiler. Best price we can find for that same type of boiler. It was really easy to book the install and it all went smoothly. Don't really have anything to complain about. Hope the aftercare is as good.

I recently had a solar and battery system installed by Heatable and I’ve been very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

From the initial enquiry, I never felt pressured into making a decision or pushed into signing anything, which was something I really appreciated. Callum was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions without any hard sell. I already had a fairly good idea of the type of system I wanted, but the advice and design suggestions from Heatable were genuinely helpful and gave me confidence in the final setup.

My project manager, Anna, kept me updated throughout and made everything very straightforward. She managed the DNO approval process on my behalf, so I didn’t need to deal with any paperwork or chasing myself, and approval only took around two weeks, which was much quicker than I expected.

A special mention to Jez and his team, who were excellent. Professional, friendly, tidy and clearly knew what they were doing. The solar panels and battery were installed on the first day, and everything was fully connected and up and running on the second day.

Anna has also been very helpful after the install, sending over the relevant certificates and documentation I need to arrange export payments with my energy supplier.

I’m still waiting for the final invoice so that I can submit my Tesla rebate claim, but I’m sure that will follow soon.

Overall, a really smooth experience and I’d happily recommend Heatable to anyone considering solar and battery storage.

Great bunch of guys who overcame difficulties , when scaffolders let them down . couple of small items were missed but they came back and finished this . There was a delay in commissioning due to the office not uploading the job , which was a disappointment at the time .

Knowledgeable, careful and very courteous. very patient in checking everything that was needed for the best outcome. A great service and the installation was by Electrical Innovations who did a great job.

Start to finish. Communication fantastic. Engineer, Luke, professional and equally fab at updating. Clean , courteous. An issue as boiler in box had missing parts…not their fault….great response and resolved fast. This company shows the incumbents how it’s done. A certain national BRITISH one would only quote via an onsite inside room due to u set floor heating. Ridiculous.

Easy service, better prices than competitors

From start to finish, the experience of purchasing our Powerwall 3 through Heatable and having it installed by Ashby Electrical has been excellent. The ordering process was clear and straightforward, even though I made several alterations along the way. Heatable were always very prompt with their responses and extremely accommodating, making the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

The installation team from Ashby Electrical were pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. They worked incredibly hard throughout the installation and took great care to ensure everything was completed to a very high standard. I’m especially pleased with how neat and tidy the final installation looks. Everything has been working perfectly so far, and overall I’m very happy with both the service and workmanship provided.

Didn't realise until had gone we don't have the carbon monoxide alarm

Decided on my new combi and placed the order with Heatable at 11.45AM .
My new boiler was on my wall fully commissioned and working 17.30 p.m the following day!
That is amazing service!
My installer Lonut was outstanding!
Very friendly and conscientious guy . Taking great care to cover my floor and worktops.
He arrived at 08.30 having kept me fully informed of his arrival time.
He worked nonstop , and I mean nonstop until 17. 00.
At the end of that long hard day.
He took 30 minutes to fully explain the controls of my new boiler .
He left at 17.30 to drive 2 hours home .

Great service. Minor issue with scheduling easily resolved. Freindly engineer Tony, cleanly and efficiently installed boiler and tidied up afterwards. Very reasonable all inclusive (fixed) price.

Engineers showed up on time, was thorough with their workmanship and was done earlier than I was expecting

Will who installed and commissioned the new boiler provided an excellent service
He went out of his way to resolve an existing problem caused by another firm
He arrived punctually and worked hard over 2 days and left the property clean and tidy and refitted some fixtures in the utility room that I thought would be outside his remit. He explained the control systems and helped us to set the programmes.
I would highly recommend heatable for price and the whole team for their efficiency and friendly service and the discount to someone who holds a bluelight card
