Heated Apparel 

My replacement scarf has now also ceased to work properly (only 40%), but emails to their address all bounce back as undeliverable! Have they gone out of business?

Product was not as shown on webpage (different switch shown) and was of cheap quality and faulty. On contacting the company to arrange a return I was asked to provide a video of it not working. I declined to do this, and they then sent me a return address. I returned the item and told them how much it has cost to return. They refunded the original purchase price, but not the cost of me returning the faulty item. I believe they are obliged to do this under consumer law, but I just can't be bothered. Avoid this company at all costs.

Same as others, don’t buy as they don’t come with any batteries so basically paying £35 for a pair of socks. Only redeeming feature is that after a few emails, I did manage to get my money back, although had to pay postage for return and it was a battle.

Update ……. Refund finally received, no explanation no communication.

Has anyone reported this company? Just in the process of reporting to trading standards as no exchange or refund received so can only assume the scammers have done one with my money. Anyone else taken it any further?

I’ve had the same as all the other reviewers. Socks arrived late, wrong colour, incompatible batteries and on informing them of the problems by email I had a single reply from Alex saying that I need to buy adapters!
I bought adapters since I wanted to use the socks within days but there is still no option to change the heat setting.
Surprise surprise, no further reply to my many emails about these issues and the website has been ‘under construction’ for 10 days!
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERS!!!

Darn - wish I'd read these reviews before buying, clearly a scam. So annoyed. Bought socks for a charity bike ride and like others' experience, the power bank doesn't connect to the socks. No answer from customer services. Wondering whether to send back for a refund but will it actually happen?

Item hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks
Amazon delivery was the the courier
Left note saying delivered item in garden, No item in garden as gate was locked.
Had no reply from heated apparel
So no socks and I’m £35 out of pocket

NO stars! Brought heated socks but the connection on the socks does not fit the batteries. Also purchased two heated gilets, One arrived with no battery to heat it and the other one with a faulty Zip. I’ve messaged and emailed and phoned all to no avail. I sent a recorded letter and it’s been returned as they would not sign for it. The website has been down now for over a week. Don’t buy.
I’m taking them to the small claims court!
I paid by debit card, over £140

Ordered a pair of heated socks, with no way to a actually use them. Absolutely absent customer service and now their website is under construction. AVOID at all costs, save yourself the 30 quid. Also their "next day tracked delivery" arrived 1 week after their supposed delivery date

Can I put zero stars. Ordered a pair of heated socks. When they came they were different style to advertised and the power packs were incompatible. Incorrect socket to connect socks, no variable power and less than half of advertised capacity. Also took ages to come. Managed to contact by email and was told I need to buy cable adaptors to connect socks, nothing mentioned about other issues. Absolute cowboy, prob works out of shed in garden

As per other reviews - avoid this company. My heated socks have the wrong connector for the battery packs supplied and it is impossible to contact the company. A scam company

Dreadful. Like all other reviews with socks comes with incompatible rubbish power packs. Gilet was wrong size. Spent £90 and spoke to Alex by email who was not helpful and fobbed me off. So left with socks that don’t work and a gilet that doesn’t fit…. Avoid!!! Ps website is now under construction

I’m in exactly the same situation, received a gilet but no power bank so completely useless. It’s also a size too small. I emailed the company who said to order the correct size and then return the other one to the website but the website is no longer up and running and no further contact from the company. Will have to contact bank to see what’s possible or trading standards….I’m hoping this review might mean they get in touch to rectify the problem…. HA16269019 Fingers crossed……

Product really good quality except the wrong size was sent

Currently trying to return the item and order the correct size but cannot get through to anybody at the company for the return procedure. I have emailed several times and the responses have been very unhelpful.

Do not order from this company unless you are sure you are going to keep the product

Ordered 2 gilets in time for Xmas. One was unwanted the other required the larger size so sent back with a note to say refund on one exchange for the other. Had the refund but not the exchange. Tried to email on several occasions to chase but no response

Paid for heated Thermal socks with batteries included for £34.99. Batteries did not connect with the power point in the socks. So I phoned the company, straight on to prerecorded messages telling me message box is full. So send email with a promise of a response in 24 hours. But waited 3 days for a response. I send socks back and paid for postage myself. I received refund 5 days later.

Ordered heated scarf with massager for £35.99 however when you switch on the massage feature the noise is overbearing I emailed them to complain I was asked to send a video of problem which I did
They replied asking me to send it back and they would inspect it and possibly send out a replacement
I have emailed them twice to ask if I have to pay to return item and that I want a refund they have not replied and looking at the reviews don’t think they will any suggestions from anyone would be helpful

Socks and battery packs are incompatible, waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs!

Took over 10 days too arrive, meant to be next day...

Sent wrong size, I selected medium on the website, but order says xs, also supplied a solar charger instead of battery pack, how a solar charger will work inside a pocket is beyond me.Sent numerous emails to get item returned, tried calling but surprise surprise goes straight to answer machine and the machine is full so can’t leave a message. I’m writing this to try and get a response otherwise I’m contacting my bank to reverse the transaction.

Ordered a heated gilet on 10th January for my wife's birthday on 13th. Site showed there were 4 of the item remaining. Got an email on 11th to say item on its way for next day delivery. When didn't arrive by 13th, I sent an email and got a quick response to say the gilet had been sent but there were delays with the courier. Then got another email on 17th to say item was out of stock: did I want a bigger size or a refund. Clearly they lied about dispatch at least twice. I don't know how good the item might have been but it is not an honest, reliable company.
