Please be aware this company is absolutely dreadful I ordered the XL heated jacket, firstly it said it had been delivered with a time and date emailed them for them to say it had been lost then another email to say it hadn't been delivered. It arrived and was very small in size so asked for a refund and for the XXL to be sent out that arrived and was exactly the same size as XL so sent them both back at a cost of £15 as you have to do tracked which they would receive next day a week later and still waiting for refund so I am owed over £200. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS!!! Update 04/01/2024 I have sent more emails to them and still no reply or refund please please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

Ordered my gilet and then got an email out of stock, followed by an email to say delay in delivery. Was starting to worry I had been scammed.

But it arrived today, looks great and good fit! Despite the delays which are probably understandable given the run up to Christmas , really impressed with the product!

This company has a lot of bad reviews, mine was going to be one of them . However after receiving my order today (18/12/23) I had to change my mind , there were 2 issues I had .. 1 out off stock when ordered but didn’t state so and 2 supposedly next day delivery??? ( definitely not) there were several emails back and forth and each time they were adamant that I would receive my order which I did 3 weeks after the original order date . While this was all going on they did refund me with 20% of the original cost . The Gilet and power bank are of good quality and work very well so don’t be put off because they over sold the product in the first place .

Oversold this product and I was waiting for delivery but it never arrived, contact then made and was informed guaranteed delivery by the 15thDec , still hasn't arrived. EDIT. Was told again that delivery was guaranteed by the 19th but didnt arrive until after this date. Like many, the delivery date of product wasnt as promised.
Finally i received the Gilet and i have used it a couple of times. Takes about 5 1/2 hours to charge the battery and i dont get anywhere near the 8hrs heat as suggested. I honestly didnt expect that so i cant be too surprised. Overall the gilet seems to be decent quality and looks good. Im normally a UK large but i selected XL as its slimfit. its slightly longer than i would have liked but i feel the size L may have been too tight. I have used it on the 'Red' setting and its nice and warm, be realistic and dont expect it to be red hot. Overall happy enough but the delivery was a let down and the length of battery life isnt as long as 8hrs. I use it to attend football matches and thats ideal.

Ordered heated Gilet 3 weeks ago got email saying out of stock will be here by 15th now email saying delivery company has a major issue now arriving by 19th.

Avoid company like the plague.

Nothing received and no response when emailed. Putting a claim in through my credit card. I should have checked here first!

Placed order on 50% sale. Received an email 10 mins after order confirmation advising out of stock until 3 weeks later. Emailed to cancel order and received an email back offering a further 20% discount - must be a huge mark up on these items!. Refused discount and redund and cancellation was processed immediately. Refund has been received.
Day after received an email advising sale now on with 70% off yet items are still showing in stock!

Found an amazing one for less the price on Amazon.

I ordered a gilet saying next day delivery paid then received an email to say they had been oversold and would be looking at 15 dec delivery
I cancelled the order as that was too long, I received prompt confirmation my order was cancelled and would be refunded 3-5 days - received my refund after 3 days no problem
Shame they advertise as next day delivery when out of stock but otherwise happy with all interactions to resolve

No refund no response.
I am still waiting for my refund after 14 days. No response se to any emails.
I have raised dispute with credit card company

Avoid at all costs. ordered with next day delivery to be told out of stock till mid December. Seeking refund.

i ordered a heated gilet
the wrong size was sent , it was also faulty .
i asked could i return and was asked would i like a replacement and keep the first one sent , i said no just a return and a refund as the gilet was of such poor quality .
i was send a label to return the item but was told i had to pay for the return postage !! and they would then refund me !!!
