I have Limited Systemic Sclerosis.
I have Limited Systemic Sclerosis, a constituent of which is Raynaud's Phenomonen. I've worn HH's "normal" socks for several years and felt the benefits, but since discovering they produce a range of RP-dedicated socks, I've moved over to them and never looked back. No more blue toes for me. I cannot praise them highly enough. If they were to add gloves of the same tog rating, I'd buy them too.
I've bought two pairs of Raynauds' socks and neither can be faulted. I'd like to see more colours, but that's just me.
Excellent socks for supporting this hideous condition.

Mittens often help to keep hands warmer than gloves. One tip is to warm Heat Holders socks/gloves/mittens etc on a warm towel rail or airing cupboard say 30 minutes before using.

Tried a set of the 3x socks
Tried a set of the 3x socks. Holes in heels within 3 wears. At the same time we were returning these, my wife knew I liked them and bought a set from QVC. I contacted Heat Holders, and they don't stand behind their products. Suggested I spend more money and try their Worx Socks with reinforced heels. I only wore these socks with
shoes, or with just walking in them on our wood floor. I would avoid these at all cost. Like just lighting $40 on fire. Shame, they are comfortable, but have a fatal flaw where they sewed the heel. Gets thinner and thinner in a very short time.
After I submitted this to Trust Pilot, the vendor NOW SAYS i can return for a refund. That was not the care prior to the review. Seriously, people wear out their socks differently? Holes after 5 wears. You have a quality issue with these sucks, just cop to it!

My heat holder socks was purchased dec 2025, its Jan 28th 2026 and both socks already have holes in the sole of them, would give them a lesser star, but they are so comfortable and soft. I think the company should send me a new pair! I emailed the company, they replaced my socks that day!

Feels like the quality is declining
I have bought heat holder socks for a few years, but it feels like the quality has declined recently. Holes have appeared in the soles in my most recent pairs within just a few weeks which is very disappointing. I'm sure pairs I purchased in previous years haven't worn so quickly. Such a shame since they are lovely warm socks and come in great designs but I can't keep buying them if they get holes so quickly.

Such a shame
I bought the heat holders socks as I need a thinner pair of warm socks for working as a football steward in Manchester . Only after 5 wears of these socks Iwas very dissatisfied as they both got holes in! . I loved how comfy they were and I’mnow gutted ,as I now have to find another pair! They were not cheap either! The only reason I’m giving them two is purely for how comfy they were before this. Such a shame they’re not robust

I've tried all types of wool socks and nothing compares to heat holders for warm feet.
I use them for ice fishing trips to northern Minnesota and Canada.
Cold feet alone, can ruin the trip but these socks eliminate that concern.
A comfortable inner lining and I'm very impressed by how durable they are.
I have all kinds of socks in my sock drawer and my heat holders are the ones I grab first.👍

Warm but poor stitching
I love how warm and thick the socks, hat and gloves are. The hat and gloves have a soft fleecy inner which is lovely. The socks are a little rough on the inside. It is a shame the women's socks only come in one size, two sizes at least would have been useful as they are a bit small for me. I bought the gloves in a large and they are a tiny bit short on my fingers, I now wish I had bought a man's size. My main issue is the quality of the stitching and lining. The inner lining is peeling off at the top of the socks, separating from from the outer layer. There is loose threading on the outside of my hat which is in danger of unraveling. I have not even washed them yet and am nervous to do so.

Amazing customer service and fabulous warm socks!
I have worn heatholders for the last 10 years now and the 2.3 tog thick socks never disappoint! They are cosy and so warm, and now they even come in loads of different colours and styles! My parcel was left outside my house by the postie ands sadly taken by a nasty passer-by! But heatholders kindly sent me out a replacement of my order in a very swift manner and the customer service reps couldn't have been more helpful resolving the issue. I will definitely be ordering again. In fact I asked my mum for some thermal heat holder gloves for Christmas, I cant wait to wear them! 5 STAR, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Develop holes after a few wears
Lovely and warm but develop holes in no time, after a few wears.. My shoes are not ill fitting. I have about 4 pairs and it's the same for all of them. At first I thought it was just bad luck and then noticed it kept happening. They aren't cheap, I won't be buying them again.

Very impressed, highly recommend
Very impressed with both the products and the business. Easy to order items and they arrived quickly. I love the fact that it’s straightforward to get a refund and replacements (I ordered different sock thicknesses so I could decide which suited best.) The products are great - I especially love the Willow thermal gloves I’ve ordered, I have developed Raynaud’s disease and they really make a difference and are well made. The reward scheme is a lovely bonus too!

Ceramic Thermal? Don't bother....
Purchased the 'Mens Cedrick Ceramic Thermal Long Sleeve Top' for £30, unlike the cheaper thermal on their website, this one didn't have any reviews so was a slightly blind buy but due to it having a higher tog rating (according to the description), I decided to give it a go.
I wear thermals every year and have bought a fair few in my time but super dissapointed with this Cermaic Thermal - it's decribed as light weight but feels paper thin and identical to supermarket thermals which cost a 1/3 of the price.
If you are considering purchasing, honestly don't bother, now have to deal with the headache of returning - I usually never leave reviews, good or bad but the price being charged for this thermal long sleeve is honestly insane, supposedly it was on sale down from £50 when supermarkets charge £8 for the same item!!
