White Out Survival

Hello,

I played Whiteout Survival, had a massive acct. Unfortunately we selling you lose quite a bit. However the process was very smooth. They are knowledgeable and quick responding to a degree I believe the time difference doesn't help. Either way I was worried as there is always a risk but having gone through everything. Im happy I went through them as they were great middle men. Payment was received and the client received his acct. Everyone wins. Would recommend again!!

Finally Unbound After Months of Struggling

I've been going back and forth with KS customer support for months trying to unbind my account and the headache was real, especially since some of the purchases were made through 3rd party. Got to a point where I was seriously considering just quitting the game altogether.

A friend recommended Heaven Guardian and to be honest I wasn't convinced at the first but I'm so glad I reached out. The whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish which took us 21 days. Heaven Ops and the team clearly knew what they were doing, they were patient and communicative even with a complicated case like mine. What could've taken months was resolved in a way I didn't expect.

If you're new and just reading this, give HG team a shot. Genuinely one of the better middleman service out there. Thank you Heaven Guardian.
