A really gorgeous independent shop in Ross On Wye that is well worth a visit .
It is full of tasteful items especially pots, vases and unusual ornaments. Great gift ideas that are reasonably priced.
Due to lockdown my daughter and I have ordered several items via the website and the service from Jade has been friendly and efficient .
All orders have been ready quickly . We have collected from the shop each time .

Wow heavenly homes and gardens is an absolute treasure trove of goodies! You could spend hours wandering around the shop, and the website is equally enjoyable! Wonderful shop & wonderful people who work there. The gifts that I bought were perfect for what I needed & displayed beautifully. Definitley will use this business again. The website looks amazing too. When I ordered my second gift from them online it delivered next day. 5* service. I could also use the 'chat to us' feature on the website to speak direct to someone to confirm the query I had. I ordered a gift voucher and a panettone - the panettone is so beautifully packaged! I was worried when, after ordering, I checked out the reviews here but fortunately no issues and all arrived in time. Received order confirmation, receipt and dispatch emails so happy with the communication. Guessing some people on here ordered during the chaos of Christmas when postal services were under pressure as orders I placed from other companies took 3-4 weeks to arrive - fortunately no such problems with this order. Will definitely be using again as such a great selection of gifts and items for the house - may not show my wife though as will lose her for days looking through the beautiful website!!

Something isn't right here. Shortly after placing an order I received a conformation email that my item had been despatched, however they did not say how it would be delivered and there was no way of tracking it. It's now 10 days later and my order has yet to arrive. I have tried reaching out to the company via email, facebook and through their website but have not received any reply. This does not seem to be a company that cares about customer service and I fear that I may have to open a dispute through PayPal if I want to see my money again.

Only reading reviews now after not receiving my item. I ordered on 1st December and website said item was in stock. Its not the 11th and I have not received my items or any notification of dispatch. I have emailed them twice over the course of 3 days requesting an update and had no response. There is no phone number to call. Am now concerned I will never see my purchase! Avoid.

Would NOT recommend ordering from this company!!! Went into their store mid october 2020 and brought two vases- got home and one was actually cracked! I Emailed them to see if they could exchange the product. I did have a response asking for my address and they said that the vase had been sent and should be with us soon. A week into November I sent another email and haven’t had a response since - nor have I received the vase. Really disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered in good faith. But as others have said, over a month later and my item still hadn’t arrived. They didn’t reply to any of my emails, I still haven’t heard from them to this day. I had to go through PayPal in the end and finally got refunded.
Is this a real business. It feels like it’s a scam. Buyer beware!

I have ordered quite a few items for my holiday lodges over the years from Heavenly Homes and Gardens. I was actually passing this weekend and got to see the newly extended shop in Ross on Wye which looks beautiful. I have always had great service from the team and it was great to see so many of the items in the shop. Always such a great selection of curated items at realistic prices.

Ordered outdoor lights at beginning of August. Not yet received mid September and no response to emails and no telephone number to call. Are they real ?
Finally had to engage Paypal to expedite a refund.
