Ordered book boxes on Black Friday for Christmas gifts and still have not received them. The customer service has been trash! Will never buy from them again and will warn everyone I know!

Don't trust the positive reviews. The owner and her friends/employees are writing those. She even asked her listeners to write reviews on her podcast lol cringe.

The fact is the quality of the earrings is trash, everyone is talking about it, and worse you have horrible customer service and return policy. Dupes are the same quality for $20 and no one would know the difference from these $110 ones. It's 100% a money grab.

No one should be spending this kind of money on fake jewelry. These styles are all on AliExpress for $5 or less, which looks to be where they source all their products. I thought these earrings would be higher quality than those dupes. But no, they are brass! and then plated gold! they will tarnish in just a few wears! there are real gold jewelry tarnish free companies with better prices than this! I bought dupes just to compare and they are the SAME quality! Horrible scam of a company.

Earrings cost $85 and are the cheapest plastic-feeling trash I have ever owned. No returns for “sanitary” reasons

Love the luxurious feel at an affordable price point. The business is still growing, but the small team that’s in place is smashing it! Excellent customer service, innovative, always leading the trends, and by far the best marketing I’ve seen in such a long time. Love the way they’re so focussed on creating COMMUNITY rather than just a customer base to milk for cash. I’m a huge fan and will forever recommend!

My experience with Heaven Mayhem is great. Love the chic classic design, quality is pretty solid, love the earrings and the pendant. The belt is good quality leather. Seeing some poor reviews, I feel sorry about it. Maybe the company got some operational glitches. Hope they can fix it soon. I would still love more of their products.

Have paid and waited two months for dispatch and still waiting…Same experience as others it seems. My partner ordered me two items two months ago at the beginning of December for my birthday on 20th December - it’s now nearly February and the dispatch date has changed four times online, with no email updates. I’ve had to chase via both email and IG - the response via email is pleasant but nothing concrete in terms of updates and on Instagram they read but ignored my message expressing concern and disappointment that a gift my other half kindly ordered for me isn’t anywhere in sight. Terrible customer service and won’t order the other items I had earmarked to order this month. Hoping it is dispatched soon!

Placed an order for my gfs birthday on 26 October 2024.... it is now january 26 2025 and I still dont have the item I ordered and its still not shipped.

Contacted customer service at least 3 times which was very unhelpful. Did not receive a single update from the brand about any delays. Was told my item will ship December 16. Which never happened. Then was told it will ship January 15 never happened.

And by the way i chased this information myself because they didnt bother to.

The experience is far from satisfactiory...do better.

Similar experience to all others on here, such a shame I didn't look here first.
I placed an order early December which hasn't moved on the tracking for two weeks.
Every time I email the "concierge", they give a polite but unhelpful response which in no way deals with or resolves the issue.
When I asked for a refund, I was told this was not possible as the item has left the warehouse... what has that got to do with anything??
This brand, with it's cheap products, poor customer service and basic founder should disappear fairly soon - thank goodness.

Stay away, company is totally awful

Ordered three items on the 1st December, it is now 19 January and still have not received two of my items.
The knot earrings that I did receive look cheap. Definitely not worth $140, infact my cheap Kmart ones look better and they were $4.

Terrible return policy. Only 10 days during a Holiday season. You can exchange earring but cannot return them within the short 10 day period due to hygiene issues. This makes absolutely no sense. You can only reach them by email and the turn around response time alone takes away from the 10 days. Will never order from them again

Ordered a laptop case on Dec 7 as a Christmas gift. I sent an email asking for an update. I have not heard back, nor has my daughter received the product. It is now Jan 5.

I have been seeing the mini gold knot earrings all over IG and they looked so pretty and classy in posts. I fell for them unfortunately and I requested them for Xmas to wear for work. Feel so terrible my parents spent their money on these. The quality is absolutely TERRIBLE for the price point. Everything about them, from the packaging to the color and feel of the earrings looks so CHEAP. Really fake looking gold color. Legitimately looks like something you would see at Forever 21 and of course you can’t return them. Returns/exchanges only accepted within 10 days of receiving item. Should have done more research and I would have seen all the negative reviews. Will definitely not be purchasing from here again.

Below par customer service and product quality.

Earrings I ordered in July 2024 were faulty so emailed on December 6th and a replacement was promptly arranged on December 8th. Received a shipping notification for the replacement order on the same day so I thought great they’re on their way - I was wrong. After several days I noticed the shipping link had disappeared and on 12 Dec was notified that my replacement ordered was cancelled because “During our Black Friday Sale, we encountered a system glitch that resulted in an oversell of some items. Unfortunately, our Baby Knot Mixed earrings are currently out of stock but are expected to be restocked by the first week of February 2025.”

I asked if I could be sent an alternative colour as I was travelling for the summer and really wanted that style of earrings to have with me. I then followed up with an email on 15 Dec and 18 Dec followed by an instagram comment which shockingly received a response from their social media manager. On 18 Dec they responded “We’d be happy to process your refund and send you a gift card + journal as a token of compensation for the inconvenience.” Which I accepted and was told that the refund would show in my bank account in 3-5 business days.

On 27 Dec after 6 business days I emailed asking when I would see the refund and my “gift card + journal” to which they responded on 29 Dec “The items included were actually a holiday card and a journal.” and I was offered a piddly 15% discount for their mistake. I asked for them to respond by COB on 30 Dec that the refund had actually been processed and finally received a reply on 2 Jan that “Regarding the refund, it was initially processed on December 17. However, it seems there was an error— the replacement order was canceled instead of the original one, so the refund didn’t go through. I deeply regret this mistake. While the high volume of emails during Black Friday contributed to the confusion, it’s no excuse. As the Senior Concierge, I take full responsibility for this oversight. To make things right, I’ve now processed the full refund for the original order, amounting to $145.70 (including the product cost and shipping fee). Please allow a few days for the amount to reflect in your account.”

Buyer beware - you are much better off buying cheapie Lovisa or ASOS earrings as they are much better quality than these ones!
