Ordered single item December 2 for a Christmas present. It’s almost January and still haven’t received. Shipping update changes every single day. Emailed them complaining about their poor customer service especially regarding a black friday sale item and all i got was a ‘thank you for your inquiry, you should receive it soon”. No apologies. Asked about return policy because i certainly dont want store credit and was ignored. Do not contribute your hard earned money to this company.

I ordered the Breezy Case for £53 (plus £9 shipping) on November 28th, and it is now December 28th. still no delivery, no proper updates, and absolutely no solution to my issue. As someone who works in retail, I can confidently say I have NEVER known any business to take this long to ship a product.

The lack of professionalism is appalling. I emailed them multiple times, only to get generic responses about “holiday delays” and vague tracking information that shows no real progress. When I asked for a refund and order cancellation, they completely ignored my request and continued stalling. Their so-called “tracking system” is a joke, it showed my package was “received” on December 21st, yet it hasn’t moved since. How is that even possible? Either they’re incapable of handling logistics, or they just don’t care about fulfilling their promises

This company doesn’t respect its customers or their time. Their so-called “luxury” cases are NOT worth the headache. A month-long wait for something as basic as a phone case is ridiculous, especially when most companies can deliver within a week or two, even during peak seasons.

Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere. Heaven Mayhem is unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth the risk. I will NEVER order from them again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs.

Design wise I would give 5 stars, I got the mini knot mixed earrings, but the quality is horrible!!! Delivery took 2 weeks with no updates :(

Complete scam of a company. Purchased 6 weeks ago. Never replied to multiple emails. Deleted negative angry comments on Instagram.

They don't deliver the product you purchase and they change the shipping timeline without notice.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE WAS A SCAM FOR THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY! THEY WILLTAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NEVER GIVE YOU SPECIFIC TIME OR DELIVERY DETAILS FOR YOUR ORDER! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I ENCOUNTER SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE. MOST ANNOYING PART IS YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM THROUGH PHONE ONLY EMAIL (WHICH TAKES FOREVER FOR THEM TO RESPOND)!!!!!!!

I PLACED THE ORDER DEC 1ST, UNTIL NOW THERE'S NO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS FROM THEM!! OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF POSTING HER FACE ON SOCIAL MEDIA. CHEAP, UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Unclear information on website: they let me purchase a product that was not in stock, they reached out by email, ask me if I wanted to keep the order and receive the item at the end of February or cancel. I request to cancel fast as this was supposed to be a Christmas present. I followed up with them over five times by email replying to the email they sent to me and social media. I even commented on their post, which I noticed were filled with comments from unhappy customers. I am trying to cancel this order before auto pay kicks in.

No phone number , only email for Customer Service and getting a response from them is impossible-they did collect my money though! I will never order from them again.

I ordered the mini gold knot earrings and got them for Black Friday discount. So I paid about 80$ I believe. The shipping was decent and it arrived pretty quick. I opened them and thought to myself wow these look so cheap! I have a lot of real gold earrings and some that aren't, it’s mostly what I wear and I don’t know how I would wear these, they look and feel cheap for the price point, I have some earrings from amazon that are similar and they look and feel far better. I would definitely not recommend or purchase from them again. Of course I can’t return them either even though I didn’t bother putting them in my ears.

Bought a pair of the new wave gold earrings and was so excited about it. Although I didn't find on their website what the earrings are made of (what material they use for the coating) I trusted the brand.

Delivery was fast but when they arrived the quality was so bad that I was shocked. The surface has lots of stains that cannot be removed from wiping it and on the edges it was chipped already ...

I tried them on for 10 mins and the next day I developed contact dermatitis, which is shocking given I have had earrings from H&M and they were fine ...

When I went back to their website for information on material and manufacturing there was nothing. All was very vague and clearly deliberately trying to not disclose the info to not jeopardise their image and the ridiculous price ...

I bought 2 pairs of earrings, and the quality is appalling. Material and packaging look cheap - one pair has incredibly tight stoppers, which makes it hard to put them on and off, the other pair has visibly tarnished stoppers that look very unhygienic. For a pair of earrings that cost nearly £100, it shouldn’t be the case. I reflected this to customer service, they compensated me with a new pair of earrings of my choice. When I opened the new one, the stoppers have the same issue, not as bad, but it doesn’t look like ‘new’. This shows a lot.

I was so excited about the mini knot earrings (silver), but was never more disappointed when I opened an order. They looked SO cheap, I immediately felt robbed. H&M quality is the same. Not only the material feels cheap, but also the construction, the way pieces are joined unevenly, and the complete lack of detail. Also the box and packaging couldn't have been cheaper. The closure wasn't even smooth, they were a pain to take off. I'm surprised someone who can wear really high quality jewellery like Hailey Bieber etc would wear this?... Can't explain it.

+ total lack of transparency - where are they made?! What material is it really? No mention.

I like the watch but won't be ordering sadly. I ordered from revolve and thankfully avoided the duties and return was easy. Save your money.

Had to pay import taxes in the UK £56.00 for 2 pairs of earring - very poor quality for the cost. One pair are too heavy to wear for more than 5 minutes. Would NOT recommend, IG and influencers have completely overhyped this brand.

Received wrong earrings TWICE, then got the right order only to receive faulty earrings that wont close (they were clipons). Staff has been friendly but friendly doesnt make you competent apparently. Because you cannot even make up this experience.

I have placed my order at the end of February. Since 5th of march when I try to track my order it shows as partial on hold. I have contacted the company several times through email and instagram but had no response.

Ordered over a month ago and no shipping or no responses from their support team. Absolutely awful customer service and brand. Seems like a scam. Beware!

I placed my order on the 18th of December, being told it would dispatch on the 24th of December. It is now the 7th of January, and my order has not yet been sent. I have contacted costumer service multiple times, just to be told to stay patient.

I have purchased products from Heaven Mayhem before, and love them dearly. It is therefore heartbreaking to have such a bad experience with the brand. The communication has been awful, and I am scared that I might never recieve my order.

Overall just very disappointing. Ordered and payed for expensive express shipping more than 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. Customer service has sent two different tracking numbers to me, but none of them are working…
