I was a little worried due to all of the bad reviews. I received my order in good time obviously I knew it was coming from china so accounted for that. But honestly I am very impressed and blow away by the quality. Thick Material well made all fully lined and support bust area. All in all a very pretty dress. So I am not what all the bad reviews are about. I would deffo recommend if orders with plenty of time. Very pretty dress

I have been trying to return two dresses for nearly 2 weeks. Nobody has replied to me regarding the returns process, it says on the website to contact customer services which I have, but no reply! I would not order from this company as they don’t let you return. Still have no information of any return address. I am very disappointed and the company should not sell anything unless they will accept returns if dress is wrong colour or fit.

I received the wrong order and I am having to send numerous emails.

Customer service is a joke I was offered 30% refund on an order that was sent out wrong.

They now want me to pay to return the item to get a refund.

I will never use this company again!

Had to pay £25 to send dress back to china and after lots of haggling only received 85% refund. Never again will I purchase from them.

I had seen this dress online and wanted it for my wedding dress in July as it looked stunning Hebeos kept intouch throughout the process which made it more exciting when my dress arrived I cried it is absolutely gorgeous and fits perfect I can't wait to wear it

The outfit is of such high quality and really well made. Great service from Hebeos too. I would definitely order from this company again.

I did knock 1 star off and that's because I don't think the colour I ordered really matches that on the photo. The photo looked more a dusky pink and the actual skirt was more of a rose pink. However, the colour still works for me.

Do not buy from this company..they do not refund even if your dress is faulty or does not fit..they told me to donate my dress to a charity..and refused to send me details to return it..I had to raise a dispute through my bank...customer service seemed great at first until i wanted to return it

Worst company I’ve dealt with !! Do not buy from this website !!!!! Awful quality, cheap looking and they won’t accept return and give you your money back ! Company beased in china not uk!

Order was easily tracked. Dress is beautiful with lovely detailing on the cuffs and tops of the sleeves. Lace up back was a great surprise (no pictures of this online). The lacing helps as we ordered the dress a size larger and we can pretty much make it fit by tightening the laces. Very satisfied.

Awful!! Company are a complete joke and breaking the law. After days of arguing about accepting a return, they are finally letting me return my item to China which is costings £22.75. From start to finish the service has been a nightmare. The product wasn’t a true reflection of what we ordered, the size wasn’t correct and the item was faulty. Stay away!!

After speaking legal advice and passing this feedback on to hebeos they finally returned my £15 shipping fee after weeks or arguing. The company are breaking the law - terrible - report them so they can get shut down.

I ordered a dress online did customer make it ordered my size and measurements accordingly but when it arrived fed ex left it outside so nothing was signed for, and the weather was quite bad so the packaging was damaged. I since then tried the dress on and it doesn’t fit but sending it back to the company seems really complicated all I want to do is send it back and get a refund but it is practically impossible even on their website it’s just keeps saying and error has occurred please try again another time.

Dress arrived a day earlier than expected, delighted with the dress measurements were great and no alterations needed, beautiful dress .

I have received my order and the dress looked fabulous! The fabric was of great quality and the colour was as vibrant as shown at the website!

If I could give zero stars I would! Companies like this should be illegal and taken to court! I am being scammed in broad day light and the options to offer me a refund on a dress that does not fit is pathetic. I will be escalating this to the consumer rights/ombudsman. Hebeos I want a FULL refund!

The dress looks exactly the same as the picture! I needed a dress to get married abroad so wasn’t looking to spend a lot of money and my dress is perfect, considering the price I’m still in shock I managed to find my dream dress. I got a confirmation email, tailoring email and then a shipping email with tracking so I knew when my dress would arrive. Pretty pleased with everything.
