Dress showed up in two weeks after ordering and was in great condition!

At first, I thought this website was a scam, but it's real and the quality of the dress is absolutely an A+. We love the dress.

My order is due in a few days but on the site it’s still showing under tailoring. I’m beginning to panic that I won’t receive the dress or that it won’t be suitable.
So today I received the dress, absolutely beautiful! So to update I’d say that communication is poor but a good delivery!
Oddly though it says that Hebeos is based in the USA but my package traveled from Shanghai China so not really sure what that’s about!!!

Do not buy from them!
We never received our parcels and this people refused to refund us.
Be aware! Once your money is in their bank account, you have no chances to get them back!

My dress arrived before it was due and I love it, it’s beautiful and looks way more expensive than it was. So happy and it fits like a glove! Thank you

Thieves! Promised me a refund but 4 weeks on and nothing. Had to pay £25 to return the dress to china. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They stopped replying to my emails after I complained that the refund had not been made numerous times. Awful experience please do not get fooled by this company.

Refused return even though dress not tried on. Tried to return same day but 10 days later still arguing to get code for returns

I haven’t received my order and cannot get hold of the company. I have paid nearly £300. They have my money, I don’t have my dresses.

Absolutely terrible company, purchased a dress from here. Didn’t fit me at all. Put straight back into the packaging to return and nobody responds to emails, Facebook or Instagram messages I’ve been trying to get hold of someone for 2 weeks.

Quick delivery , items arrived as described

It was very difficult to get in touch with someone regarding delivery and requesting help to get confirmation of an approximate delivery date. The tracker was not accurate and then delivery was made with no prior warning.
Sadly my dress had a flaw on the front of the lace. I had ordered ivory and it was white! I hope returning is not a problem for a refund
Tried to return my dress due to the flaw, clearly visible. Offered 45% refund 😡. OR they suggest selling or donating my dress. Absolutely shocking customer service. I would never order from this site again!

Terrible customer service takes ages to get back to me won’t give me a refund when dress doesn’t fit not happy at all

I was okay with the ordering process but the way the dress was packaged it not acceptable. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Ordered a prom dress and it certainly provided us with a cheap version of the one on their website and a very different shade of blue to the one in the picture. When I tried to follow their refund policy to return the dress the email address does not work and there is no other way to contact the company for a return or refund. Currently trying to get a refund via my Barclay card dispute instead of dealing with this scam company.

Wouldn’t send me a return label and said they would only give me 20% of my money back when I brought a dress for £150!!!!! The material was so cheap and awful. Nothing like it looked like on the site. Still waiting on a returns label……

My tailored wedding dress is a perfect fit, the dress is absolutely beautiful, quite heavy and looks much more expensive than it was. Really good service, fast delivery, very happy, satisfied customer!

Awful website. Ordered a size 14uk when it came it was a 8uk if that. So when the reviews on website say true to size it's a lie. Contacted them by email and I got told they could only offer me a 10% refund but yet website states you get a worry free return. Absolutely shocking how do they expect anyone to buy another wedding dress for 16 pound. Going have to go through bank to get money back as I need another wedding dress.
