They will not give a refund if the dress you see online does not fit you when it arrives, instead they say that it's a unique dress so can't refund it. Don't waste your money and don't trust this company.

I appreciate that the dress came on time. Unfortunately, the sleeves were too short, and the sequins were falling off. The mesh material was not ideal; it was doubled, which didn’t work well. It would have been better if the mesh were of higher quality and more stretchy. Additionally, the mesh is a bit too light in colour.

I paid over £360 for a dress. When it arrived the product and quality were extremely cheap and did NOT resemble the photos and video being advertised on the website. I opted to refund the item. After deducting a fortune from the price of the dress in refund charges, I am still waiting for my refund which has not been processed or returned. This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE

I have had the same experience as others. The dress was too small, despite ordering the correct size. They wanted photos of me trying to wear it as proof of the bad fit. and their customer service is useless. Offered a 30% refund, less 15% restocking fee, and I had to return it to an address in China. I have an unwearable dress, lost all my money. The dress will have to go to a charity shop, the postage cost to China is more than the 15% net refund.

I would agree with all the other comments here and would not recommend anyone to buy from this site. The dresses are of very poor quality ill fitting and their customer service is pretty much non existent! I am left with a dress that is not wearable and I cannot get any money back.

I order a dress, UK 18, when it arrived I knew straight away it was sized wrong, I tried it on, it was too small so I immediately re packed the item and sent an email explaining the dress although beautiful, it was too small and I would be returning it. The person in customer services wanted photographic proof that the dress was too small. I explained I had repacked the dress ready for posting and I was not going to unpack it. I asked for a full refund, I was then told that if I didn't send proof the dress was too small they can refuse refund, and I would not be getting a full refund as 15% would be deducted for inspection and dry cleaning of the dress. I was also told it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. I sent a screenshot of the size I had ordered, and the one sent, as the fault was with the company who had a us14 labeled as a uk18.
I have returned the dress by post. I am waiting on my refund.
You need better customer services.

Looking at all of these bad reviews on trust pilot and Facebook after I had ordered my wedding dress I was really worried about how it would come. My dress came amazing, it was the perfect fit and I had no faults.

This is my first time buying from this website and I love the colour and the quality of the dress is so comfortable. I am so much in love with my dress. Can’t wait to flaunt myself in it. Will recommend it to all💯

Dress as on photo. Material nice but not stretchy. Sleeves a little long. Dress has longer "tail". Top of the dress more stiff, kind of corset but it keep u in shape. I took my usual size but I checked with measure guides.

Excellent service. Dress true to size although very long for me a petite female. Would be nice to have a choice of regular or petite.

This is a SCAM. I ordered two dresses to try, and was contacted by the team to see if I was going to return any. I said I might if they didn't fit, in line with the return policy. They suggested I cancel as each dress is made to order and buying several to return was unethical. I said I would like to cancel the whole order at which point they told me they had started the process so would only refund 50%. This is ridiculous for an online company. It makes more financial sense for me to receive both items and return them, and now they are refusing to make them. SCAM

Good sized samples of fabric. Took quite awhile to arrive and quite expensive for something many companies would send for free. I got exactly what I irdered
