Blood stains on the inside and neckline of my wedding dress

They are scammers and con artist. They put the wrong postcode on my delivery. It was sent back to them They are now refusing to give me a full refund only 50% of the money. It is clearly a scam!!!!

I’m so disappointed in this company. Says delivery is 48 hours but it took 20 days. It’s left me feeling so frustrated and angry that they do not accept returns. I wish I had read all of the reviews and their return (none) policies before I bought it. They suggest donating it!!! Or reselling or saving for another occasion. The dress is much wider and the petticoats are too wide. They also suggest taking it to a tailor to be altered. I will never order from them again and don’t recommend them.

I cried when I received my wedding dress it was supposed to be all white and when it came it was white and brown absolutely awful I have now had to pay more for alterations than I actually paid for the dress and i was offered a 50% refund and then they retraced the refund offer do not buy from these fraudsters

The dress is lovely an the fit is great but there was a small rip in the lace under the arm but over all I was made up with the dress

Delivery was earlier than expected. Everything was like on the picture, nice quality and perfect fits me.

Lost over £400 after reading 'worry free returns in 14 days'. Most painful experience I have ever had with online shopping. Wish I read reviews properly before I ordered.

I believe the website fake, con artists, and the customer service is rude!!

Was a bit wary about buying a wedding dress so cheap but wow!! The quality of this dress is amazing & it looks gorgeous. If you are thinking about buying a dress from hebeos then do it. You won't be disappointed. I got my dress within 2 weeks of ordering g a custom size.

AVOID!! Unless you want to throw money away! I personally believe the ‘positive’ reviews are fake.

This company is disgraceful. To take people’s hard earned money and then refuse to provide full refunds when items need to be returned. The company state you will only receive a 10% refund on what you paid for the item!

Reason for my return are for bridesmaid dresses as they come up AT LEAST 2 dresses too small!

I ordered 8! That’s £800 I have lost!!

Not only do the company not provide a FULL refund, but as the company is based in China and NOT the UK, you have to pay extortionate shipping costs which total, for myself around £200. That’s £1,000 I’ve practically lost.

Shameful.

I will be trying to raise a dispute via my bank and if they are unable to help, I will be going to the department for overseas trading.

I will be taking this further.

Brides, please do not use this company! The wedding planning is stressful enough without this awful company adding to it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I received my order yesterday, I was so excited to open it but I've been left bitterly disappointed.

The finish on the dress is awful. A child could have cut the mesh in a cleaner, straighter line than they have. It's cut awfully, so therefore faulty. It also absolutely STINKS of a horrid fishy smell.

I've contacted support. I sent photos of the faults and explained about the disgusting smell. Their reply was to tell me to air the dress or wash it. They completely ignored my issue with the other fault.

They then addressed the fault by telling me to take the dress to a seamstress and offered 10% off. DREADFUL

THEN they had the audacity to tell me if I return it they will charge me a 15% restocking fee!!! THE DRESS IS FAULTY AND STINKS!

I've said I'll return the dress to get the £144 I spent back. They keep trying to palm me off and as a consumer who has received a faulty item I am entitled to my money back.

I've tried to be as nice as possible about this, but they have left me with no choice but to take this further.

Please don't waste your time or money on this company

Ordered size UK 24 and it’s really small. More like a UK 20.

Terrible company dont touch them with bargepoll they are not uk they are china still haven’t received my refund 4 months on £150 down the drain i sent them dress back with another cost of £30 dont bother a complete waste of money terrible 😞

I put off buying .y dress from here as was a bit apprehensive. Wish I listened to my gut instints. It arrived to small and completely the wrong colour. I dont have time to return it so I've had to pay for alterations which has been a absolute disaster costing me 100s of pounds. I have trued leaving reviews on their site but they won't accept it. I only.got 1 email telling me it had been shipped, updates were very scarse and you can't get no information. Not happy at all as I get married in 2 weeks
