After I posted my first review, Ford Hedin contacted me and said they would resolve the issue with my car. I appreciated their willingness to address the problem after my initial dissatisfaction.I am updating my review to reflect that they did make an effort to resolve the matter.

The only thing that made me laugh was the customer service representative's comment: "Again," which made me feel very frustrated, but I have my own manners, so I didn't say much. It's like it was my fault the software crashed and the rearview camera broke. It's not my fault that car parts are Chinese and only last a short time. Car leasing costs a lot of money, so it would be nice to work on the relationship between the salesperson and the customer. It's impossible to cooperate when someone shows up to work, perhaps unintentionally.

We came to visit the Ford showroom, after a mix up with our appointment at the Mercedes showroom at Hedin. There, Fahd helped us immensely! He provided us with a lot of information and arranged us to test drive our chosen vehicle. When we returned after the drive, he did not push at all and asked if we wanted time to think things over. But there was no need! Fahd helped us further with the purchase process and explained everything clearly to us. Really recommend.

We saw a nice looking Mondeo Vignale on the website, visited Saturday welcomed by Xander van Zanten, we had a test drive whilst they checked our trade-in. We were offered a fair trade in price, we selected the Servicepakket Excellent (2 year Bovag garantie) and closed the deal the same visit.

The car was prepared during the week and we returned to collect the following Saturday. Xander gives great service in english, whole process was really smooth.

I bought my Kuga a week ago and i have only good word for the sellers at Hague showroom.

The ancient Ford KA 2005 of my daughter broke down, it would run on only 3 cylinders now and then. She was in a desperate situation and my local garage could not figure it out. I made an online appointment (4 days into the future) and got a tip-top 3-gear loaner bike for free. Friendly service and the same day I got the car back fixed at a reasonable price. (My daughter is doing better now as well). I really needed a "break"! Hedin gave it to me, thank you!

The vehicle itself was a masterpiece, showcasing excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the design. The interior was richly furnished, boasting top-quality materials and finishes, and the driving experience was truly unmatched.

I made an appointment for APK online and received appointment confirmation. However, when I came, they couldn’t find the appointment in the system. How is it possible? They were also not helpful and didn’t propose anything, so I had to leave.

I've been to stern Rotterdam twice now, and each time there is a dubious reason to need to pay over 1000eur for parts. They also didn't even check the onboard computer for what the warning light said before saying it needed parts replaced. I asked for a full service and my vehicle left then with the same computer warning light it went in with and them of course they deny any issue. Their reasoning doesn't make sense. Only after questioning them will they offer to repair things rather than just replace them. It's all about maximising the service cost.
