I've been using Heficed Cloud servers…

I've been using Heficed Cloud servers for more than 5 years now, honestly, I'm surprised by their performance and network speed. Also, the fact that I can real-time message their team over Slack saved me in a couple of emergencies. Keep on goring Heficed and keep up on a good job!

However, the User has no right to demand re-activation of the Service if Heficed believes it will cause another incident. Abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

Amazing service and stability

I've been using heficed for almost 3 years and I'm very satisfied. We have just one down time at the first year since then everything has gone smooth.

I truly recommend it's services.

Usually good, sometimes gives headaches

I usually have no issues with Heficed, but sometimes they cause a lot of trouble. A few months ago they discontinued the VPS plan I used, and I had the option to either migrate all my stuff to a new server manually, or pay them 50€ to solve the problem they created themselves. Fortunately my server setup is simple and I could migrate it in a weekend, but it's weird that they couldn't either keep existing clients running their old servers, or do the migration automatically.

I used to have a lot of trouble in the past with their admin console (such as trying to restart a server and have it hang up forever in a state that could not be rebooted or reinstalled, until someone in support fixed it), but it's been ages since I have had to use the console at all. That's the positive side: once I had my server running, I had very little administration to do, since it's very stable.

Unfortunately, we couldn't provide a fully-automated migration at that moment, which would make things a lot easier for you. However, we have notified all impacted clients 3 months in advance and given 3 months window to choose a type of service migration.

We think this was a reasonable time to take action for every impacted client before legacy VPS EOL (End-of-Life). Furthermore, migration to the new cloud stack was partially manual and required impacted clients to transfer the old server's data to their new server and install an OS template on the new machine.

We appreciate your feedback, and we will consider adding extra assistance in handling such cases.

The admin console upgraded a while ago, and it is pretty intuitive and smooth in operations now. We encourage you to try the console and give us feedback on whether you like it or not! :)

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The major issue i faced with Heficed was that the IPs supplied to me had a serious issue with their geo-location. Although they would seem like they are located within the US, when you went on to google.com, footlocker.com or other US sneaker websites. it would say that you are shopping from a region we do not ship to, or google would redirect me to google pakistan for some reason. This was a fundamental issue as the sole purpose for these IPs was to be used on sneaker websites and if the IPs were showing that they are not located in the United States, they would be banned on the websites during sneaker drops. I tried explaining this issue multiple times to your technical support however my issue was never fully resolved. This led to me having to refund the majority of my customers as the IPs did not function which was extremely frustrating. What makes the matter worse is I reported this by the end of week 1 when i had the issue, 3 weeks later and the issue is still not resolved. I am also extremely annoyed that no responsibility for these issues have been taken by Heficed, I was offered no refund or compensation for the issues I faced. For 3 out of the 4 weeks i had these IPs they did not work costing me ridiculous amounts of money in refunds and loss of sales. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this company.

I did not like service quality of…

I did not like service quality of heficed . it terminated my vps before payment period end, and I had to fight with customer service to get remainder credit as refund. I'll never use this crap company

Our pricing policy is clear, and we always provide a refund with no questions if the client meets our refund policy rules. For you to apply for a refund, you just need to open a ticket via your Terminal, and our billing team will take care of your request and return funds within days.
