They are a total rip off! Pictures do not match the item and when you want to return it, they make you pay for the return to another country or give you a 50% discount off something else in the store but the prices are so high that even if you wanted to buy the cheapest thing just to try and get something for the money you spent, the shipping on all small orders is 10 euros so you end up giving them more of your money. Thief!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Cheap Chinese products. Terrible customer service. Products have to be returned on own cost to Canada. Although they have a photo of a real store on the website which for sure doesn’t exist! Absolute scam.

Cheap Chinese products
Edited from 1 star to three stars as they did get in touch with me after commenting here and offered me a way to send the boots back to Germany. And I got fully refunded. Customer service rating somewhat improved. Products are still the same as Ali express etc.
Cheap Chinese products. Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes they told me I couldn’t. Products have to be returned on own cost to Canada. Absolute scam.
