Had a similar experience from another site before. Something always has to go wrong with the package or the delivery, there was a screenshot of the delivery from DHL but when you ask for the actual tracking link, the package is getting delivered from China. There's also a super strange system for returning the items, which will just rob more money from you. And the product you receive is always disappointing - not like what you expect from the photos on their website.

No items were delivered after weeks
No items were delivered after weeks. Received a message that the goods were damaged, as other reviewers have, with fraudulent DHL note. No shipping number from DHL provided. The shipping is via some Chinese company and the tracking has not updated in 3 weeks. After requesting an update, I received the same generic fake response about the goods being damaged. I would recommend to avoid this shop and not place any orders with them.
After a few weeks of struggling, the company reached out to apologize and I received a full refund of my money.

THIS IS A SCAM
This is not a German shop! Ships from China. Nothing was delivered - the tracking link even stopped working after the delivery date was significantly exceeded. I was informed the items were damaged in transit and being sent back to origin. A counterfeit DHL shipping notice was provided saying nothing of damage, only that the delivery was being returned to sender, and no reference shipping number. No refund provided even after it was agreed after I refused a resend and discount off my next purchase (laughable - not buying from this website again). Lucky I paid through PayPal as I had to make a claim.

The shop sells products of inferior quality and lies about the quality of the items. I bought a cashmere sweater that does not contain any cashmere at all. To conceal this, no product labels are sewn in.
My complaint is being stalled with vague, non-committal emails and is not being properly processed. I was offered 15% of the purchase price as compensation, and I am expected to pay for the return shipping to Canada myself. This is absolutely not a proper way to handle the matter.
I cannot recommend this shop in any way, as the products are fake and you only end up with trouble afterwards.
