Heidi is a great AI platform. I have used MANY and this one works well giving me flexibility in how I use AI with my documentation. I have gone from hours of documenting to minutes.

This software is amazing, saving hours of admin work with notes that are ordered correctly. Allowing me to focus on patient care.

Excellent transcribing, does a great job of sorting the information how I need it to be sorted. Quick to transcribe as well. Only thing is I wish it would automatically upload to my Jane system which we use for our charting. However the quick copy and past isn’t long or difficult to use.

Fantastic formulation of data into coherent clinical documents. Cannot think of a relevant competitor to touch this at the moment

I was overwhelmed with notes and spent all my evenings doing paperwork. Now it takes me about 30 min to wrap up the notes and sign them. It’s such a blessing!! Thank you!!

I’ve only just started using this to record my GP consults. My colleagues can’t believe that this basic version if free (forever). It’s very effective at filtering out chit chat and like having somebody medical write the notes for me. I haven’t started to explore the AI prompts yet but have a feeling Heidi will save me a huge amount of time. Powerful stuff.

Heidi is an execellent tool which saves a lot of time. The ability to 'click and go' to start recording makes it much more user friendly than other programs and for those who aren't too good with computers.

This program has revolutionised dictation. There is no longer any need to dictate psychology notes or reports in sequential fashion. Similarly with recording of sessions - the program organises everything into headings and different sections.

There were a couple of connection issues which seemed to drop part of the recording. Other than that, an excellent setup with very good support and demonstrations videos.

I have been using the basic version and have been very impressed by it's utility. I am now considering a pro version but not sure how it may be better than basic- I wish Heidi gave me a month's worth of free trail to really test it out before I sign up for Pro, and given my part-time nature of work, it would also be nice if they gave an option to suspend Pro during periods of not using it (leave, holidays, etc).

I have started to utilize Heidi for my clinic patients. It has saved me so much time with documentation, I am able to spend that time with my patients rather than spending the time dictating or typing my notes. It is very fluid and I am able to personalized my notes based on different patient types.
I would highly recommend giving it a try and save your self 5-20 min each patient.

I am a home nurse and can see several patients in one day. Heidi health makes it easy for me to document accurately and efficiently. I can dictate while I’m at the patient’s house! I do have some issues with my phone staying connected, would love to see this as an app that could possibly help my phone remain connected.

Really outstanding experience. The synthesis is brilliant and there are even recommendations on differential diagnoses and additional inputed text on management and counselling best practices. The only one-star dock is some issues with connectivity at my hospital (likely a firewall issue) that sometimes makes the scribed dictation not actually appear -- leading me to wish I had taken notes during the consultation! But otherwise, very very happy.

I absolutely love using Heidi. I had been needing to type during my patients subjective exam- and then spend time after work typing evaluation. It cut down on time spent directly with the patient and cut into personal time. Now with Heidi- I can just talk to my patient during an evaluation and I only need to quickly edit the evaluation at the end of the day. It saves so much time..I love it;

I've been using Heidi for a little over week now consistently for my visit notes. I love it! It has cut my documentation time in half! I've only had to week a few things but I am so happy with it!

Stunned at how this has revolutionized my practice. Charting is efficient, patients feel more engaged since I’m not always turning to the computer, and key details (especially the vital voice of the patient!) are captured. So glad I found this tool.

I am an Orthopaedic surgeon. I have been trying Heidi software for some time. The software is getting better at formulating my letters to what I need. It is excellent at summarising what I say and is getting better with time. I suggest clinicians try it dectating a few consultations and create their own letter style. It has been a great experience so far. Help the software to help your practice,

Amazing software. Decided to try this last week. Just started using in clinic. The quality of the summary is phenomenal. The capture of the pertinent info is excellent and cancels out all the non relevant stuff. Seems to handle accents with no difficulty. The template generator is excellent. I know no coding and within a few clicks and human input into what I want it to generate, it’s learnt and now my letters already read sound like me. I’m so excited to see how this will grow in our practice. Very very impressed. We have used software based transcription software and Heidi is miles ahead of that!

I've started using Heidi during my GP consults and find it very helpful by cutting down my typing time. I can concentrate on taking my history and examination, read out patient investigation results and formulate a plan then Heidi summaries the consult and even separates the issues out. Rarely is there a mistake or something I have to alter. It filtered out all unnecessary chit chat. I just copied and pasted into the patient notes. Heidi has patient consent forms as well. I can't wait to try it out for mental health care plans

I met the enthusiastic Heidi team at WONCA in Oz last November and was impressed with the vision of decreasing the admin burden in the GP office.
So 6 months later and SUPER happy to trial the free note transcription. I’m very impressed with the amount of time it’s saving and other “issues” that are captured during the last 20 seconds of the visit. They are frustrating but it’s recorded at least.Next up true A1.
Next steps would be the template adaption and integration with my EMR in Canada

I’m a therapist and needed a faster way to write soap note. Heidi makes it super easy and the voice to speech feature is amazing and super user friendly

Heidi is geared for psychiatric providers which sets them aside from other platforms. The layout of the templates saves providers a ton of time.
