Heidi has saved me so much time, shaving precious minutes off my consultations, and allowing me to focus completely on the patient and not trying to type at the same time. The resulting transcriptions are well ordered and accurate.

I'm a registered dietitian and have started using Heidi to save time with charting. I love it because it often catches something I would have otherwise missed in my chart note. Very user friendly. Sound detection is quite sensitive so you dont feel like you have to yell into the mic. My charting notes have improved and I've cut my charting time by at least half! Will keep using for sure.

Brilliant tool for discussions and/or reviews. Collates all information and divides it into sub sections for a really clear and accurate review. Heidi is able to identify the relevant information needed and transcribe it appropriately. The information can be used for documentation purposes or to create relevant communications using the Heidi templates. Very useful tool to aid better face to face interactions.

Using Heidi has made my clinic run on time for the first time in years! One of the biggest surprises is that the quality of my interactions with my patients has increased massively, which makes work feel more rewarding, in an era of mass burnout where we are all being asked to do more and more. The team are so responsive to any queries and my notes are clear!

Absolutely amazing. Have been telling all my colleagues about it.
Even copes with interuptions to the consultation, by staff walking in and having a discussion - doesn't include any of that in the notes.

The time saving for clinical notes is great and the accuracy of summary is mostly excellent. I have had some issues with the recording not working properly and it not transcribing at all but this is pretty uncommon.

This is a game changer! the number one bug bear of our job is spending so much time doing notes. and that dreaded feeling when you get behind on your notes and you know you will be spending all weekend catching up. It is a simple and intuitive UI that is easy to learn, implement and use without much lead time or training. The product is intuitive and with the recent integration of AI support, able to adapt learn and get better. It reduces the amount of time needed to document heady and complex sessions as well as lightening the burden on clinicians who have already engaged with this content during the session, but now don't need to do a deep dive rehash of all the trauma in an effort to capture the spirit of the meeting and the goals to move toward recovery. This saves not only time, but the mental health capacity of the provider.

I absolutely love Heidi it is a total game changer for my practice. I can spend more time with the patient without worrying I won’t get every detail written on the notes. The objective assessment is a little harder for Heidi to get with enough clinical detail but you can almost talk to Heidi doing your examination aloud and it will then pick it up. I’m excited for the continuing development of the software and how far this can go to make our practice more efficient and less time consuming.

Heidi is incredibly smart in transcripting my consultations to clinic notes and letters. I have been saving a lot of time in writing my clinic notes and letters/reports. As a health practitioner that loves to chat with patients, the app can filter out all my irrelevant conversations and keep the relevant things. I am very pleased to use this app.

I have spent the better part of the week working with Heidi and comparing it to another top quality program on the Marketplace. Here are my findings.

The other program is called Clinical Notes AI. The two programs back to back are very similar. Clinical Notes is able to take a note and hand you the note, a recap and a referral letter. It appeared that Heidi a little be hide in the production of the creation of an everything at once solution.

Heidi does the same but you have to ask for it differently. I had a great conversation with Patricia Mella yesterday. She was wonderful. Her knowledge of Heidi and her enthusiasm for what Heidi is capable of doing is what sold me.

Heidi is clearly more personalized to the writer.
Everything in Heidi is customizable.
Customer Service is onboard and extremely helpful. There are no questions about membership or membership plan. Ask a question and get an answer.
Heidi is somehow able to listen to the session and capture the emotion from the encounter and project that bond between Therapist and client.
Heidi is capable of being customized to what the therapist needs at the moment and the differences in patient contact.

Cons: Heidi is on the higher end of the costs for the Pro versus the forever free addition.
This isn't necessarily a bad thing. But costs for the solo practitioner are important.
The internal fear that AI is too early for this task is also big. I was skeptical that AI could complete the tasks with the same efficiency I am accustomed to writing notes. But this was my own anxiety and not a byproduct of what Heidi is capable of.

Clinical Notes AI is a good program. But is slow. In order to not fall behind in note writing sessions typically need to end after 30 minutes. This then gives the program 15 minutes to produce the note and attachments.

Heidi is superfast and captures the entire session and still produces the notes with lightning speed.

Clinical Notes appears customizable but its not. They don't give you the same up front options to customize as you go. Heidi allows you to customize at the beginning, middle and end.

I wasn't able to get anyone from Clinical Notes to talk to me or help me when I needed technical services. Heidi has options for help at any step along the way.

I am a good clinician, I am smart enough to understand what I am doing and come to conclusions on my own. But Heidi comes with people who are available to you from the very start through the conclusion of the the process. For theses reasons I am more comfortable moving forward with Heidi.

This has changed so much in such a short time. Initially I was hesitant to give it a go but for the last week I’ve become a convert. I spend my time talking to my patients rather than typing. I can’t recommend Heidi Health strongly enough, it will blow your mind!

cannot wait for further improvements, the product is very very promising though and will be a game changer,
however, it missing some details, and overemphasising on certain things that is not relevant. I will keep trying it for a few more months to see there would be any updates.

Heidi has made a massive difference in overall efficiency. It has allowed me to spend more time thinking and using my training and skills rather than being stuck with writing. The Heidi team have continually developed Heidi and been responsive to feedback, and it just keeps improving. The more I use it, the more I learn how to get exactly what I want. It has been a game changer for me - making reporting and documentation something I no longer have to 'catch up' on in the spare time I never seem to get!

User friendly. Intelligent and efficient

It's a dream come true to get through the patients so quickly and not have to rewrite the referral letters and summaries!

I am a clinical psychologist, and I was honestly skeptical about how this was going to work. However, it's everything I have ever wanted, a tool that cuts down my administration time significantly so I can focus on my clients. The accuracy of the notes incredible and detailed, as though I had written myself which normally takes 10 to 15 minutes.
